Effective date: 11 September 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile and desktop applications published by Ajwa (the “Apps”, “we”, “us”). It covers current Apps (including Flight Tracker Live Radar) and future Apps we release under the same developer account.
By downloading or using an App, you agree to this policy.
We collect only what is needed to run the App. Depending on the App and the features you use, this may include:
a) Information you provide
Text you type (search queries, chat messages, notes, feedback, ratings)
Content you create or upload (photos, videos, audio, files, captions) if the App offers that
Optional details you save (flights, watch lists, preferences, units, map style)
Support emails you send us
b) Information from your device
Device type, OS version, language, time zone, app version
Crash logs and basic diagnostics
Anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers (including a Firebase anonymous ID used so our servers can rate-limit abuse)
Purchase / subscription status from Apple (we do not receive your full Apple ID or card number)
c) Permissions (only if you grant them)
Calendar — to add events you request (e.g. a flight)
Location — only if an App offers maps, nearby search, or location features
Camera / Photos / Microphone — only if an App lets you capture or attach media
Notifications — only if you enable alerts
Tracking — only if an App uses tracking; we will show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt first
We do not request a permission until the related feature is used.
d) Information we do not collect
We do not require a name, email, or password to use the Apps unless a specific App says otherwise. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train public AI models for our own advertising.
Provide and improve the App (search, maps, saved items, AI answers, subscriptions)
Process in-app purchases and restore entitlements via Apple
Prevent abuse, fraud, and excessive API use
Respond to support requests
Comply with law and App Store rules
Send notifications you opted into
Some processing happens on third-party infrastructure. They receive only what is needed for that feature:
Purpose
Typical providers
Auth, backend, usage limits
Google Firebase (Anonymous Auth, Cloud Functions, Firestore)
Flight schedules / airports
Aviation data APIs (e.g. AeroDataBox / RapidAPI)
Live aircraft positions
OpenSky Network
Weather
Open-Meteo
Maps
Apple MapKit
Photos / logos
Public image hosts (e.g. Planespotters, airline logo CDNs)
AI answers
AI providers routed through our backend (e.g. OpenRouter). Your prompt and relevant saved context may be sent after you consent.
Payments
Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit
Hosting / email
Our site host and email provider
Those companies have their own privacy policies. We do not control Apple’s payment data.
If an App includes AI (chat, generation, or similar):
We ask for explicit consent before sending your prompts (and any related saved content) to an AI provider.
Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions (including whether to travel, board, or divert).
Do not submit sensitive data (passports, payment cards, health data, other people’s personal data) into AI chat.
AI features may be limited for free users and included with a subscription.
Public flight, airport, weather, and map data come from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. The App is not an official airline, airport, or ATC source and is not for operational, dispatch, or emergency use.
Paid features are billed by Apple. We do not store your card details. Apple may share a purchase token or subscription status with us so we can unlock Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
On-device data (saved flights, notes, preferences, trial counters) stays on your device unless a feature syncs it.
Server logs and anonymous usage counters are kept only as long as needed for security, abuse prevention, and operation, then deleted or aggregated.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Where GDPR or similar law applies, we process data to perform the service you requested, with your consent (AI, optional permissions), for legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the App), and to comply with law.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and to withdraw consent. Email ajwairam00@gmail.com.
We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined. You may request access or deletion at ajwairam00@gmail.com.
We use HTTPS, sandboxing, and least-privilege backend access. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
Refuse optional permissions
Decline AI consent (AI features will not run)
Delete on-device data by deleting the App (and, on Mac, removing the app container if you wish)
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings
Email us to request deletion of server-side identifiers we control
We may update this policy. The “Effective date” will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
