1. Metabolic engineering of various microorganisms for the production of valuable natural products, primary and secondary metabolites.

2. Fermentation technology for enhanced production of valuable products on lab scale.

3. Protein engineering for the development of useful proteins.

4. Bioinformatics covering computational work for deep analysis of microorganisms.

5. Biodegradabiliity investigation for enhanced biodegradation of polymers by biodegradability assessment.
