Please read this privacy policy carefully when accessing or using the “NarDice” App. This privacy policy shall constitute a binding legal contract between Lerp Studio (the operator, controller, and responsible of the “NarDice” App and privacy policy) and you (“user”) so please read it carefully before using the “NarDice” App.

1.2. The user acknowledges that his use of the “NarDice” App services means that he has read the terms of this policy, understood its content, and is aware of all the provisions and practices declared therein.

We do not collect any other type of personal data. If you are accessing our App through a social media account, please refer to the social media provider’s privacy policy for information regarding their data collection.

The information gathered is used to compile statistical reports on User activity such as how often Users visit our App and services, what pages they visit and for how long, etc. We use the information obtained from these analytics tools to monitor the performance and improve our App and services. We do not use third-party analytics tools to track or collect any personally identifiable information of our users and we will not associate any information gathered from the statistical reports with any individual user.

“NarDice” App may occasionally send you notifications through the application. You may, at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on your mobile device.

8.1. “NarDice” App may contain links that refer the user or visitor to external links that we do not have and that collect data about you in a different way from our App.

8.2. “NarDice” App does not control the privacy practices of external websites, and we shall not be liable for the content or privacy policies of those external websites.

8.3. You must review the policies and terms of the third party when you visit any of the external Apps.

8.4. We shall not be responsible for collecting or using any information from external parties that has a link on the “NarDice” App.

“NarDice” App may or may not be intended for individuals under the age of 18. You can use the App after checking the rate section. If you are a minor, you can use the App under parental supervision.

10.1. We have the right to amend this privacy policy at any time, and we will notify you of the new modifications, and we will also update the “effective date” at the top.
