Spread the Word (STW) was founded at the University of Manchester, encouraging those who have been discouraged in the arts to have this platform to share untold stories. STW had hosted weekly poetry workshops culminating in an open mic at the Student Union and workshops in collaboration with University of Dundee and Birmingham Creative Writing Society.
