AI Ads Master ("we", "our", or "us") helps users create short AI-generated ad videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
We collect the following information when you use the app:
Account information, such as your email address, display name, Firebase user ID, and authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in.
Sign-in information from Google if you choose Google sign-in, such as your Google account identifier and the authentication details returned by Google/Firebase.
Video generation content, including prompts, selected aspect ratio, generation task IDs, provider operation IDs, generated video URLs, and related status information.
Purchase and credit information, including selected credit packs, product IDs, transaction IDs, purchase tokens, App Store receipt data, Stripe session or payment intent IDs, credit balances, and credit history.
Push notification information, including Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens and platform labels such as Android, iOS, macOS, or web.
Support information you choose to send to us, such as your email address, messages, and details about your account, credits, or generated videos.
Technical information needed to operate the app, such as request timestamps, backend logs, error messages, and basic device or platform information.
The app uses biometric authentication only to unlock your saved app session on supported devices. We do not receive, collect, or store your fingerprint, Face ID, Touch ID, or biometric templates. Biometric checks are handled by your device operating system.
We use information to:
Create and manage your account.
Authenticate you and protect access to your account.
Generate AI videos from your prompts.
Save and return generated video links.
Manage credits, purchases, refunds, and transaction history.
Verify purchases with Apple, Google Play, or Stripe.
Send push notifications such as render status, credit updates, or account messages.
Provide customer support.
Detect duplicate or active video generations.
Prevent misuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Debug, maintain, and improve the app and backend services.
When you request a video, your prompt and generation settings are sent to our backend. The backend may send your prompt to third-party AI video providers, including Google Veo through Gemini API or Vertex AI, to create the requested video. Generated video files may be stored in Google Cloud Storage or Firebase Storage and returned to the app as video links.
Do not include sensitive personal information, financial information, health information, passwords, or private content in your prompts unless you are comfortable with that content being processed by the video generation provider.
The app supports credit purchases. Purchases may be processed or verified through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on your platform and payment method. We use purchase tokens, receipt data, product IDs, payment IDs, and transaction IDs to confirm payment and add credits to your account.
We do not store full payment card numbers in the app backend. Card payment information is handled by the payment provider.
If you allow notifications, the app registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging token with our backend so we can send notifications to your device. You can disable notifications through your device settings.
The app may use the following third-party services:
Firebase Authentication for account sign-in and password reset.
Google Sign-In for optional Google account login.
Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
Firebase Admin, Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Google Cloud Storage for backend operations, generated video storage, credit records, and app infrastructure.
Google Veo, Gemini API, or Vertex AI for AI video generation.
Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app purchases.
Stripe for payment verification where Stripe checkout or payment intent flows are used.
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We share information only as needed to operate the app, including:
With authentication providers to sign you in.
With AI video providers to generate your videos.
With storage providers to store and deliver generated videos.
With payment providers to verify purchases and prevent fraud.
With notification providers to deliver push notifications.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, us, or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep account, credit, transaction, prompt, generation, and video information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain purchase records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or operational requirements. Generated videos and related links may remain available until deleted or expired according to our storage practices.
We use authentication, backend access controls, server-side payment verification, and provider secrets kept outside the mobile app to protect the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may:
Sign out of the app at any time.
Request a password reset through Firebase Authentication.
Disable push notifications in your device settings.
Avoid including sensitive information in prompts.
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record requirements.
AI Ads Master is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the app or through other appropriate channels.
