1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Device Identifier
When you first launch the App, we create an anonymous guest account linked to your device's Android ID. We do not require your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to use the core features of the App.
1.2 User Content
We collect the content you submit to generate videos, including text prompts and images you upload. Uploaded images are stored on our secure cloud storage solely to provide the video generation service.
1.3 Generated Content
Videos generated by the Service are stored on our servers so that you can view, replay, and download them from within the App.
1.4 Purchase Information
If you make in-app purchases or subscribe, the transaction is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat, Inc. ("RevenueCat"). We receive a purchase confirmation and an anonymous customer identifier from RevenueCat so that we can credit your account. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
1.5 Usage Data
We may collect non-personal technical information such as task status, generation parameters (resolution, duration), error logs, and approximate timestamps to operate and improve the Service.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the video generation Service;
- Process your generations and deliver results to you;
- Manage your credit balance and process purchases;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use;
- Improve model routing, reliability, and user experience;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (storage and computing) needed to run the Service;
- Third-party AI model providers that process your prompts and images to generate videos;
- Google Play and RevenueCat for payment processing and subscription management.
Each third party processes data only as necessary to provide its services to us.
4. DATA RETENTION
Guest account data and generated videos are retained while your account exists. You may delete individual videos at any time in the App. You may delete your entire account in the App's Account page; this permanently removes your account, credits, and all associated videos from our servers.
5. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted request parameters, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to safeguard your information.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can exercise deletion directly in the App (Account -> Delete Account). For other requests, contact us using the email below.
8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, which we protect with appropriate safeguards.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible within the App or on our website.
