Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Story Generator. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
User Accounts
AI Story Generator does not require a traditional user account. However, your use of the app may be associated with your Apple ID for in app purchase purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AI Story Generator only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:
Use the app to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
Use the app to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Use the app to create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
Intellectual Property Rights
App Ownership
AI Story Generator, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Generated Content
Stories generated by the app are created using artificial intelligence based on your prompts. You retain ownership of the stories you generate, subject to the limitations set forth in these terms. However, you acknowledge that:
The AI technology used to generate stories may produce similar or identical content for different users
We do not claim ownership of your generated stories
You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws
User Content
You retain ownership of any prompts, ideas, or other content you provide to the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to use your prompts solely for the purpose of generating stories and improving our services.
Free Credits and Premium Subscriptions
Free Credits
AI Story Generator offers a free credits system that allows users to generate a limited number of stories without payment. Free credits are provided at our discretion and may be subject to change or limitation.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions provide unlimited story generation and access to premium features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Content Filtering and Age Appropriateness
AI Story Generator includes content filtering to ensure generated stories are appropriate for a 4+ rating. The app filters out content related to violence, alcohol, mature themes, and other inappropriate material. However, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be suitable for all audiences. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing or using it.
Disclaimers
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
AI Generated Content
Stories generated by the app are created using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content despite our filtering efforts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content.
Third Party Services
The app uses third party AI services to generate stories. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content provided by these third party services.
No Warranty
AI Story Generator is provided as is without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium subscription fees in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars, whichever is greater.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. Stories stored locally on your device will remain until you delete them or uninstall the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the app. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under local law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of AI Story Generator and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
