1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
AI Story allows users to generate AI-powered stories and images based on text prompts and/or photos submitted by the user. The App offers both free and paid features, including subscriptions and credit packs purchased through Google Play.
3. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You are solely responsible for any content (photos, text, prompts) you submit to the App. By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have the right to use and submit it
- The content does not infringe on any third party's rights (copyright, privacy, likeness, etc.)
- The content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
You agree NOT to use the App to generate content that:
- Is sexually explicit involving minors, or any illegal content
- Harasses, defames, or impersonates any person
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Content generated by the App is created using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of any generated output.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
- Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Google Play Billing according to the price and terms shown at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Google Play's policies.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. Please contact Google Play support for refund requests.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play account settings.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, logo, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
