AIStockWire is a financial news site about the companies building the AI economy. That means the chipmakers and memory suppliers, the data-center and networking names, the software companies, and a big piece of the Korean semiconductor industry. We publish news and analysis every day, and we run a set of free trackers built straight from primary sources like SEC filings, exchange data, and congressional disclosures.
The AI Bubble Index: a 0-to-100 reading of how much speculation is in the AI trade. Every input and weight is published, so you can check the math.
Congressional stock trading: every trade members of Congress disclose, scored against the S&P 500, plus how long they took to report it.
Insider trading: executives' Form 4 buys and sells and Form 144 sale notices, with a running list of the biggest purchases.
Hedge funds: 13F holdings, new stakes, and exits, fund by fund.
AI IPOs: where Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, and other private AI companies stand on going public, with dates.
Almost everything on the site starts with a filing. Insider trades come from Form 4s and Form 144s on SEC EDGAR, and we check for new ones every 15 minutes while filings are coming in. Hedge fund positions come from the 13F reports funds file each quarter. Congressional trades come from the transaction reports House and Senate members are required to file, and that data refreshes several times a day. The AI Bubble Index is recalculated four times every trading day.
When we lean on another outlet's reporting, we name it and link to it. Our charts are drawn from raw market data, not borrowed from anyone else.
David Han founded AIStockWire and covers AI, semiconductor, and tech stocks. He likes stories the market hasn't connected yet, and he usually finds them in filings and insider activity.
Dennis Singleton was born in Australia and later moved to the United States. He's been hooked on AI for years, and he writes about the companies that actually build it, starting with the chip designers.
Mia Park was born and raised in Korea and covers its markets, from the Kospi and Kosdaq to Samsung and SK Hynix.
Jennifer Song writes Portfolio Watch. She digs through public disclosures to see what politicians and other well-known investors are buying and selling.
Market figures are checked against primary data before anything goes up. Mistakes still happen, and when they do we fix them. If you spot one, email support@aistockwire.com with the link and what's off. The full rules are in our editorial policy.
AIStockWire launched in June 2026 and has published more than 800 articles since. It's owned by Alpha Movement LLC. We also write explainers on things like HBM, NAND flash, chip foundries, and how to read a Form 4, and we have two free tools: a stock scorer and a portfolio builder.
Our data pages are free to cite. All we ask is a link back to the page you used.
