Aishmin AI Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aishmin AI ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our iOS mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App or subscribe to any services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting in the App.

User Accounts

Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the App beyond permitted use.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

2. Interfere with App functionality or security.

3. Upload malicious content or infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Impersonate others or collect data without consent.

5. Attempt to circumvent payment systems.

Intellectual Property

The App and its contents are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use grants no ownership rights.

User Content

If you submit content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it in connection with the App and our services.

You warrant that your content does not violate third-party rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease using the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting revisions in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
