This privacy policy is applicable to the AirTune Music app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for TV devices, which was developed by Ali Doğan Güllü (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application acquires the information you supply when you interact with its features, such as connecting your Apple Music account.
Authentication Data: To use the Application's core features, you must sign in to your Apple Music account. This process is handled by Apple; the Application receives a "Music User Token" to access your library and play music on your behalf.
Registration: Traditional registration with the Service Provider (e.g., creating an AirTune-specific account with an email) is not mandatory.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically via standard platform APIs to ensure stability and functionality, including:
Standard device identifiers (e.g., to manage your "AirTune Pro" subscription status).
Information about the way you use the Application (e.g., playback events for the purposes of the Apple Music API).
2. Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your device.
3. Third-party services and access to information
To provide a full experience, the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the providers used by the Application:
Google Play Services (Used for core Android functionality and "AirTune Pro" In-App Purchases via the Google Play Billing Library).
Apple Music & Privacy (The Application interacts with the Apple Music API to provide music streaming services).
Note: The Service Provider (Ali Doğan Güllü) does not have access to your Apple ID password or your personal billing information (which is handled securely by Apple and Google).
4. Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI)?
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.
5. What are my opt-out rights?
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the app marketplace.
6. Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will only retain locally stored tokens (Music User Token) as long as you remain signed in. Uninstalling the app clears this local data. We do not store your personal music data on our own servers. For any data-related queries, please contact

7. Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.
8. Security
We provide reasonable technical safeguards to protect the information processed by the Application (such as secure storage for authentication tokens). However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential breaches.
9. Changes and Consent
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the Application is deemed approval of the changes. By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
