Every day we track and process thousands of flights, cancellations, and flight status changes so you can be there for travelers – to inform them about critical risks and flight delays and help them rebook delayed or canceled flights. With near real-time access to the world’s most comprehensive and accurate flight status data.


What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy is applicable to flight radar- airlines tracker, LLC, and its respective subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use our products or services. This policy also explains your choices about how we use information about you. Your choices include how you can object to certain uses of information about you and how we can access and update certain information about you. If you do not agree with this policy, then do not access or use our services or interact with any other aspect of our business.


This Privacy Policy is subject to any agreements, including the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the Services. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the means used to access or provide information through the Services.



What data do our Apps obtain?


We collect data about you and how the apps are used in various ways.


a. Automatically Collected Data – The Apps collect certain data automatically, such as the type of device you use, device identifiers, such as the resettable advertising identifier assigned to your device, the IP address of your device, geographical data such as the location of your device, your operating system, Wi-Fi mac address in your area, the type of internet browsers you use, data connection status and success/failure of connection, and data about the way you use the App, installed applications on your device, and other non-personal data as reasonably required by us to enhance our services. If you activate ‘Location’ in your device's settings and allow the App to collect data about the precise location of your device, the App will collect such data. Furthermore, we may collect location data using network triangulation, GPS, and Wi-Fi IP address to determine your general device location. We may also collect location and other diagnostic data through the Apps for network analytics and troubleshooting purposes.


b. We may also get data from other sources and may combine it with data collected about you.

2. Your Rights and Choices

2.1 Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights


You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:


• The categories of personal information we collected about you.


• The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.


• Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.


• The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.


• The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).


• If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose; two separate lists disclosing:


• sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and


• Disclosure for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.


2.2 Deletion Request Rights


You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.


We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:


• To complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, providing a good or service that you requested, taking action reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise performing our contract with you.


• To detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.


• To debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.


• Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.


• Comply with a legal obligation.


• Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.



• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.


• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.


We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.


2.4 Response Timing and Format


We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, based on your preference. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.


We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.


3. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:


• Deny your goods or services.


• Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.


• Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.


• Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.


4. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We and our advertising partners collect certain information, including advertising identifiers on your mobile devices, and/or the IP address of your devices when you use our apps. We and our partners use that information to tailor and deliver ads to you on your devices.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion at any time. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
