swipe is just like scrolling but it will trigger to move into another page in prototyping. for example, i long-swipe-left a card and it has micro transition from card into a red-line. just like delete a message on iphone. cmiiw

The current drag does not allow this type of setup, however you could make multiple invisible layers/drag points on top of the object and assign those left/right, but considering Figma has/allows multiple actions on an object already this would be a hack and not desirable. It would be a better practice to separate the drag/swipe function into left and right and use the current multiple action functionality.

How does swipe work? By default, it moves to the next line, regardless of whether I used right or left. There were probably reasons to do this. But how to make it work according to logic - if to the right, then the next, if to the left, then the previous?

Probably with line you meant to skip a swipe page. Then in this case you have to put the Next and Previous page sequence into an IfThenElse column, where perhaps if the skip is on then the number Next swipe will be added by 1 in case of previous will be added by -1.

I'm having a bit of a problem on both of my PoS. Every time I finish ringing up the item and hit the charge button, there is no "swipe to pay" text. So I'm left with my other options which is cash or manual key in. The only way to temporarily fix it is to restart the app/ipad and some time it will fix itself. But I cannot rely on that when I have a rush. Do you know if I'm doing anything wrong on my end?

When your magstripe reader is properly connected, the area you described that says "Card" with the credit card icon should say "Add Card (or swipe)". When the card reader is disconnected, it will just say "Add card" only.

I use Dropbox extensively for my tax-administration. In this light: what I like about the webversion of Dropbox is that when you are previewing a document, you can press [left-cursor] or [right cursor] and Dropbox then shows you the previous or next document. Very handy to browse through your contents this way.

However, being on the road I don't have my PC with me and so using the iPad app of Dropbox I find myself in a limiting situation, because on the iOS app there is no functionality to swipe left and right to flick through my contents when I preview documents.

So my request is to add this feature to the iOS Dropbox app, so we can swipe left and right in Preview mode to flick through our documents in an easy way.

I believe it would be great if you can swipe through the files inside the folder instead of having to go back to choose the next file. I use the app alot to share folders with mp3's in them. When i want to go to the next mp3 i wish i could just swipe or have a skip button that will take me to the next mp3 file...but instead i have to go back and choose the next mp3.

Option 1 allows a user to swipe the card left or right and the tabs move accordingly. The tabs section is simply a horizontal scrolling RG so it moves very fast on swipe and does not select the next card but you can tap a button to get the card.

I've been adding trackpad gestures and came across the "Triangle Swipe XXX XXX Corner" set, but for the life of me I can't make it work. I made a simple one that just gives haptic feedback when I triangle swipe the top left corner, but somehow I can't create that swipe.

The Swipe out Hunger program at Providence College distributes meal swipes donated by Sodexo to students with food insecurities. Students may request meal swipe assistance for themselves using the Nomination/Request Form. Faculty and staff may also nominate Providence College students for the Swipe Out Hunger program using the same Nomination/Request Form.

Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and financial aid packages are not negatively impacted by participating in the program. Any traditional, full-time undergraduate student is eligible to apply for Swipe Out Hunger meal swipes, including commuter and international students. Certain restrictions apply.

Students may redeem meal swipes simply by swiping/tapping their PC Card at Raymond Dining Hall, no questions asked. Students having difficulty using meal swipes may email swipeouthunger@providence.edu.

For slideshow gallery blocks (and other blocks and contexts too), I created Swipeable Galleries for Squarespace. Now, to clarify, it does not alter the transition of images (as in, if your gallery fades, it will still fade...but gestures will trigger the transition) nor does it add touch/track-pad swiping (such as two-finger swipe for horizontal scroll). It focuses on touch devices (tablets, phones, most Windows-based laptops these days, etc.), and adds swipeability to those. So, it doesn't check all your boxes, but it may suffice.

It actually wasn't that bad to implement flickity. I needed it for mobile version because squarespace gallery block are not user friendly via mobile. I followed youtube instructions implement the plug-in on squarespace and used the flickity site to customize the cell boxes. I used the following code to hide the squarespace carousel on mobile and hide flickity cells on desktop. It looks much better. You can even grab all your image urls from squarespace to add to each flickity cell block. I wish squarespace had an auto swipe function auto available to their galleries, but they don't yet.

I've also tried other solutions for a swipe function, but for some reason none of them worked. The only carousel where the swipe worked (I've tried in Google Chrome developer tools) was on this codepen.

The problem is, that the navigation bar type change is played when the user starts swiping but I could not find any event which tells me that the swipe was successful or not, so if the user cancels the swipe, I stuck on the previous view controller with the desired navigation bar look of the one below it in the navigation stack.

I have tried UINavigationControllerDelegate, but neither -navigationController:didShowViewController:animated: nor -navigationController:didShowViewController:animated: gets called. My second thought was to use interactiveGestureRecognizer, but it seems it it ends successfully both on successful and cancelled back swipe, and the topViewController is also still the same when the recognizer event is called.

I know, that the top view controller's -viewDidAppear will be called again upon cancelled swipe, but I don't want my users to implement any logic in their controllers to support my navigation implementation.

Within two business days of the request submission, the Swipe Out Hunger Committee reviews the request. If the request is approved, the requested number of meal swipes will be added to the student's Bentley ID. They will receive an email from Swipe Out Hunger Committee letting them know their meal swipes are available to use.

If the request is not awarded, the student will be notified via an email from the Swipe Out Hunger Committee of that determination.

Once the student completes the meal swipe request form, the meal swipe request is reviewed and awarded as determined by the Bentley Swipe Out Hunger Committee. The committee is comprised of Bentley staff members who work in various student-facing departments within Bentley University. All requests are confidential.

Meal swipes and Falcon Funds, which are turned into meal swipes, are donated by Bentley students, faculty and staff by completing an online form. Students with meal plans can donate up to five meal swipes per semester. Donations can be made by students here. Faculty and staff can donate here.
