ALL PICTURES will be taken at the Champaign AIM Studio.
Woods Photography will be set up at the front entrance throughout picture week. Picture orders can be turned in directly to their team.

PICTURE PROCESS

• Enter through the front entrance and head to the hallway near Studio 2

• AIM staff will call dancers into the picture room at the appropriate time

• Parents may observe from the hallway viewing windows

• If your dancer has a specific pose for their individual photo, please rehearse it in advance. Otherwise, AIM staff will assist with posing

• Individual photos are usually taken first, followed by the group photo 

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS – CHAMPAIGN LOCATION (June 2–8)

• Classes typically in Studios 1, 2, or 5 → meet in Studio 1

• Classes typically in Studios 3 or 4 → meet in Studio 3

• Pictures will be taken in Studio 2

• Dressing rooms will be in Studios 4 & 5

• Beginning Friday, Studio 3 will also be used as an additional dressing room

To help keep our space clean:

• All food and trash must be disposed of in bins near the front entrance

• We are asking for parent volunteers of dancers using the dressing rooms to check and help clean up dressing spaces each night
