Hello! My name is Aimeric Malter and I am currently a JSPS Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, where I am working with Dr Yuki Hirano. Before that, I was a PhD student at the University of Birmingham, working with Dr Tyler Kelly and Dr Michel Van Garrel. My research lies in Algebraic Geometry and Mirror Symmetry, specifically I look at the unification of different mirror constructions.
Papers and preprints:
A derived equivalence of the Libgober-Teitelbaum and the Batyrev-Borisov mirror constructions, International Mathematics Research Notices (2023)
New Looks at Old Number Theory, joint with D. Schleicher and D. Zagier, American Mathematical Monthly, Vol 120, No. 3, pp 243-264.
