These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and our company operating under the name "Math AI – Homework Helper"("we," "us," or "our").
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Math AI – Homework Helper mobile application (the "App").
Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the App.

Your continued use of the App after the revised Agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
To download, install, access, or use the App, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
If you are a minor in your jurisdiction (typically under the age of 18), you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the App.
If you are between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age, your parent or guardian must review and agree to this Agreement before you use the App.
Users under the age of thirteen (13) are not permitted to use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements described above.
Math AI – Homework Helper is an AI-powered educational application designed to help users solve, understand, and analyze homework questions and educational problems.
Users can take photos using their device camera, upload images from their photo library, or otherwise submit questions through the App.
The App may analyze submitted questions and educational material and may provide information and assistance such as:
Mathematics problem solving
Algebra solutions
Geometry solutions
Calculus solutions
Statistics and probability assistance
Arithmetic solutions
Physics problem solving
Chemistry problem solving
Biology question explanations
English exercises and question explanations
History question explanations
Step-by-step solutions
Detailed explanations of formulas and concepts
Explanations of calculations
Explanations of why an answer is correct
Identification and explanation of mistakes in submitted work
Educational examples and additional explanations
Study and homework assistance
The App may analyze images containing printed or handwritten questions, worksheets, textbook pages, exam questions, formulas, graphs, diagrams, calculations, or other educational material.
The App may use artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI API services, to analyze submitted questions and generate answers, solutions, explanations, and educational content.
The App is intended for personal, educational, and informational use only.
The answers, solutions, explanations, and other information generated by the App are AI-generated educational assistance and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
Users should review and verify important information and should not rely exclusively on AI-generated answers for examinations, academic decisions, professional decisions, or other situations where accuracy is critical.
The App is not a replacement for a qualified teacher, tutor, academic advisor, educational institution, or other qualified professional.
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and store your data, including uploaded images, submitted questions, generated results, and personal information.
Uploaded homework images are processed to provide the AI-powered question analysis, solving, and educational assistance requested by the User.
We do not use uploaded homework images for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or AI model training by us.
By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy periodically, and it is your responsibility to review it.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the App in accordance with this Agreement.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:
Software
Design
Graphics
Source code
Trademarks
Text
Databases
User interface
App content
AI-related functionality and implementation
are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not:
Copy
Modify
Reproduce
Distribute
Sell
Rent
Lease
Reverse engineer
Decompile
Disassemble
Attempt to extract the source code
of any part of the App without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
Is defamatory, abusive, offensive, or harmful
Attempts to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the App
Attempts to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization
Uses the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Misuses or attempts to manipulate the AI question-solving system
Attempts to intentionally abuse or overload AI services
Attempts to use the App to circumvent technical limitations
You must not:
Reverse engineer the App
Exploit the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to bypass subscription or premium feature restrictions
Abuse automated systems or APIs
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the App to facilitate unlawful activities
Attempt to extract, copy, or systematically reproduce AI-generated content through unauthorized automated methods
Attempt to interfere with the App's AI processing or infrastructure
We are not responsible for how Users choose to use the information generated by the App.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with applicable academic, institutional, school, university, examination, and other relevant rules.
To use the App, you must have a compatible mobile device and an internet connection.
We do not guarantee that the App will function on all devices, operating systems, or network environments.
The App relies on artificial intelligence technology, third-party services, and internet infrastructure to analyze questions and generate answers and educational explanations.
Therefore:
Results may not always be accurate
AI-generated answers may contain errors
Mathematical calculations may occasionally contain errors
Question interpretation may occasionally be incorrect
Image recognition or text recognition may contain errors
Handwritten questions may not always be interpreted correctly
AI-generated explanations may be incomplete
AI-generated information may change over time
Service may occasionally be unavailable
Features may be modified, updated, or removed
Processing times may vary depending on service availability
Results may vary depending on the quality and clarity of the submitted image or question
The App should not be relied upon as a substitute for teachers, tutors, academic advisors, qualified professionals, or official educational resources.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.
The App may provide certain features free of charge.
Certain features or services may require a paid subscription, one-time purchase, or premium access.
Subscription details, pricing, billing terms, and available plans will be displayed within the App before purchase.
If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled in accordance with the applicable App Store or Google Play cancellation terms before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your applicable App Store or Google Play account settings.
Payments and billing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We do not directly process or store your full payment card information.
The App may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including:
Artificial intelligence processing services
OpenAI API services
Analytics services
Cloud infrastructure
Payment and subscription services
Crash reporting and technical services
Third-party services may process information as necessary to provide their respective services.
OpenAI API services may be used to process submitted images and questions in order to provide AI-powered question analysis, problem solving, step-by-step solutions, and educational explanations.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, and other applicable agreements.
The App and all services provided through it are delivered "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted access
Error-free functionality
Accuracy of AI-generated results
Accuracy of mathematical solutions
Accuracy of physics, chemistry, biology, English, history, or other educational answers
Accuracy of image or handwriting recognition
Accuracy or completeness of educational explanations
Compatibility with all devices
Availability of any particular feature
AI-generated results are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You acknowledge that answers, solutions, explanations, calculations, interpretations, and other information generated by the App may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular educational context.
The App does not guarantee that an answer generated from a submitted image or question will be accepted as correct by a teacher, school, university, examination authority, or other educational institution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any:
Direct damages
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Academic consequences
Educational consequences
Loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated information
Loss resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect answers
arising from or related to your use of the App or reliance on its AI-generated answers, solutions, explanations, analyses, or other educational content.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the information provided by the App before making decisions based on that information.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You represent that you are not located in a country or territory subject to applicable U.S. Government embargoes or designated as a restricted jurisdiction.
You also confirm that you are not listed on any applicable U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary, where applicable.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any legal disputes arising from or relating to the App or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, New York, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us in connection with the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, other Users, our services, or our systems.
We may also suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.
The remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
