AIM TRAIN PRIVACY POLICY

Aim Train ("we", "us", or "our") provides a manual pool-practice overlay, drills, table calibration, and saved-shot tools. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Aim Train Android app.
1. INFORMATION WE HANDLE
Local app data
Aim Train stores your app settings, table calibration profiles, saved shots, drill results, and tutorial preference locally on your device. We do not provide accounts or collect a name, email address, or other account profile through the app.
Overlay and notification access
The app asks for Display Over Other Apps access only when you choose to use the manual visual overlay. It asks for notification permission to show the required ongoing notification while the overlay service is active. The overlay is based on markers you place manually. Aim Train does not record your screen, capture game content, or access another app's data.
Advertising and technical data
Aim Train displays advertising through AppLovin MAX or Appodeal, depending on the app's active advertising configuration. Those advertising partners and their mediation partners may collect or receive device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID; IP address and network information; device and app information; ad impressions, clicks, and reward events; and diagnostic or performance information. This information may be used for ad delivery, frequency capping, ad measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and, where permitted, personalized advertising.
Remote configuration
The app contacts our configuration endpoint to determine which advertising provider is active. Like most internet services, that request may include technical information such as IP address, device/browser headers, and request logs maintained by the hosting provider.
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT THROUGH AIM TRAIN
Aim Train does not request or collect your precise location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone audio, camera content, SMS messages, call history, or screen recordings. It does not read the content of other apps or pool games.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED
We share information only as needed to operate advertising and related measurement services. Advertising SDKs may share data with their own service providers, advertisers, and mediation partners under their privacy policies. We do not sell the local shot, calibration, or drill data stored on your device.
4. ADVERTISING CHOICES
You can reset or limit the Android Advertising ID in your device settings. Where required by applicable law, advertising partners may present consent choices for personalized advertising. You can also stop the overlay at any time from the app or its notification.

5. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Local practice data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Data handled by advertising providers is retained according to their respective privacy policies. We use reasonable measures to protect our services, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
6. CHILDREN
Aim Train is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are below the minimum age required to consent to advertising data processing in your country.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its data practices change. The latest version will be made available at the privacy-policy link provided in the Google Play listing.
