We do not collect biometric identifiers.

Face data is processed solely to provide the requested functionality.
Media is collected only when:
A user actively selects and uploads files
A user initiates AI generation
The App does not collect images or camera data in the background.

App version
Interaction events

Crash logs
The App displays advertisements.
Advertising partners may collect device identifiers and interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We do not share uploaded photos or generated AI media with advertising networks.

Generate AI avatars and face swap results
Deliver generated content

We do not sell personal data.
If uploaded media contains faces:
Face data is processed only to generate requested AI content.
Face data is not used for identification.

We do not use uploaded media to train our own AI models.
Processing is temporary and limited to completing the requested task.
To provide AI generation features, uploaded media is processed as follows:
When a user uploads a photo or video, the file is temporarily uploaded to cloud object storage (R2) to generate a temporary public access link.
The temporary link is transmitted to the AI processing provider:

RunningHub processes media solely to generate images or videos requested by the user.
Generated results are returned to the App.
Uploaded media is used only for processing purposes and is not sold or shared for advertising or marketing.
We require service providers to implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.
We do not use uploaded media to train our own AI models, and third-party providers process media only to provide the requested service.

Firebase Crashlytics
These services may collect:
Device information
Usage statistics
Performance data
Crash logs
These services do not receive uploaded photos or generated AI media.
The App displays advertisements through third-party ad networks.

Interaction data
Users may control advertising preferences through device settings.
Files are temporarily stored in cloud object storage (R2) to generate a processing link.
Media is retained only as long as necessary to:
Generate results
Deliver results
Temporary files will be automatically deleted after a 24 hours period.
We do not permanently store uploaded photos or videos.
Generated content may be stored locally on the user’s device if the user chooses to save it.
Users may delete generated content at any time within the App.
Analytics and crash data may be retained according to Firebase and Adjust retention policies.
Before processing media:
The App informs users that uploaded content will be processed by an AI service provider.
Users must confirm before processing begins.
Users may choose not to upload media at any time.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data.
Data is encrypted in transit.
The App is not intended for children under 13.
Data may be processed on cloud infrastructure in multiple regions.
