Images/Photos: When you use the Ai Headshot Generator 2025 app, you grant the app access to images from your device. These images are processed via our AI model to apply the headshot filter.

The image containing the user's face (Personal Image Data) is used strictly for the sole purpose of generating the requested AI image and ensuring the style transfer reflects the features of the uploaded face. We do not perform or store any separate extraction of geometric face data or biometric identifiers. We do not use the original image for user identification, tracking, or authentication.
No Server Storage (Retention): We do not store, retain, or save your uploaded photograph or any derived personal image data on our servers, databases, or in any persistent storage mechanism after the AI image generation is complete. The image exists only in the temporary, in-memory processing environment. Once the generated AI image is delivered back to you, the uploaded file and all temporary processing data are immediately and permanently deleted. The retention period is effectively zero once the transaction is complete.
Disclosure and Sharing: We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose or share your original uploaded photograph or any personal image data with any third parties, advertisers, or other services. The data is confined to the immediate processing environment necessary to perform the requested service.
Purpose of Processing: Your images are processed solely for the purpose of generating the headshot as requested by you within the app.
The app offers in-app subscriptions for full access to features.
Payment Information: We do not collect or store your sensitive financial or payment information. This data is securely handled and processed directly by the respective platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through their payment processors.
Transaction Data: We may collect non-sensitive data related to your subscription status and transactions (such as purchase date and subscription type) to manage your access to the app's features and for accounting purposes.
