These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application AI Football Predictions ("the App"), operated by Janna Tate ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Sport Veents is a sports data application that enables users to:
View live scores, statistics, and match information for football, basketball, hockey, and baseball
Access AI-powered match and team analysis
Create and manage custom teams with player statistics
Track match calendars and league standings
Save and manage favorite teams via local history
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of any custom teams or data you create. By using the App, you grant us a temporary, limited license to:
Store your custom team data locally on your device
Process AI analysis requests using your selected teams or matches
Temporarily cache sports data for improved performance
All processing is automatic, and your content is not reviewed manually.
You agree not to:
Use the App to create offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
Use the App to impersonate others or create misleading team information
Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or extract data from the App or its AI systems
Resell or commercialize data obtained through the App without proper rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend services or APIs
The App offers free and premium features via subscriptions:
Weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions are available through the App Store
Subscriptions include unlimited access to premium features such as AI analysis, advanced statistics, and custom team management
You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings
All source code, AI models, designs, and branding in the App are owned by us or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or harm arising from use of the App or its generated content. Sports data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used for gambling or betting purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Chile, or the user's local jurisdiction where required.
