AiFactory(이하 "운영팀")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
이 앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 다음 정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다.
· 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 전화번호, 주소, 이메일 주소
· 정밀 위치 정보(GPS)
· 연락처, 사진, 파일, 통화 기록
· 카메라·마이크 입력
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보 (외부 전송 없음)
다음 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 운영팀 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
· 별명 — 앱 안에서만 표시되는 이름. 실명을 요구하지 않습니다
· 게임 기록 — 최고 점수, 클리어 시간, 연속 플레이 일수
· 플레이 기록 — 게임별 플레이 횟수, 마지막에 플레이한 시각
· 즐겨찾기 — 첫 화면에 고정한 게임 목록
· 앱 설정 — 배경음악·진동·언어, 놀이 시간 제한
이 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 운영팀은 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
다만 이용자가 안드로이드 기기의 "앱 데이터 백업" 기능을 켜 둔 경우, 운영체제가 위 정보를 이용자 본인의 구글 드라이브 계정에 백업할 수 있습니다. 이는 구글이 제공하는 기기 기능이며, 운영팀은 해당 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다. 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
3. 제3자 서비스를 통해 처리되는 정보
3-1. 광고 (구글 애드몹)
이 앱은 무료 제공을 위해 구글 애드몹 광고를 사용합니다. 애드몹은 광고 게재를 위해 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, IP 주소, IP 기반의 대략적인 지역 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
배너 광고는 게임 화면 아래쪽에만 표시되며, 첫 게임부터 나옵니다. 데크(홈)·설정·내 기록 등 다른 화면에는 붙지 않습니다. 화면 전체를 덮는 전면 광고는 전체 게임 누적 50판 이후부터 시작됩니다.

3-2. 멀티 대전 서버
"숫자야구 멀티 대전"을 이용할 때에 한해, 다음 정보가 대전 서버로 전송됩니다.
· 이용자가 입력한 별명
· 방 이름, 입장 코드, 게임 진행 정보(추측한 숫자와 판정 결과)
이 정보는 대전이 진행되는 동안에만 서버 메모리에 존재하며, 방이 종료되면 삭제됩니다. 별도의 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않습니다. 전송 구간은 암호화(WSS)됩니다.
멀티 대전을 이용하지 않으면 별명·게임 진행 정보 등 어떤 개인정보도 운영팀 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
다만 앱을 켤 때 대전 서버를 미리 깨우기 위해 빈 요청 하나를 보냅니다. 무료 서버는 깨어나는 데 1분 가까이 걸려서, 미리 깨워두지 않으면 멀티 대전을 시작할 때 그만큼 기다리게 됩니다. 이 요청에는 별명·기록 등 어떤 내용도 담기지 않으며, 서버도 이를 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 앱이 요청하는 권한
· 인터넷 · 네트워크 상태 — 광고 표시, 멀티 대전에 사용합니다. 거부해도 게임은 정상 이용됩니다
· 광고 ID — 광고 게재 및 빈도 조절에 사용합니다. 기기 설정에서 초기화·거부할 수 있습니다 (7항 참조)
· 진동 — 버튼 터치 시 짧은 진동. 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다
· 알림 — 연속 플레이·휴식 시간 알림. 거부하면 알림만 오지 않습니다
· 부팅 완료 감지 — 재부팅 후 예약된 알림을 복원합니다
알림은 기기 안에서 생성되는 로컬 알림이며, 이를 위해 외부로 전송되는 정보는 없습니다.
이 밖에 알림 예약·오디오 재생을 위해 시스템이 요구하는 권한이 포함될 수 있으며, 해당 권한으로 수집되는 개인정보는 없습니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
이 앱은 아동을 주 이용자로 하는 앱이 아닙니다. 다만 이용 연령과 무관하게 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
· 회원가입, 로그인, 실명·나이·이메일 입력 절차가 없습니다
· 채팅이나 게시판 기능이 없습니다 (멀티 대전은 별명과 숫자 추측만 주고받습니다)
대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」은 만 14세 미만, 미국 COPPA는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보 수집에 법정대리인의 동의를 요구합니다. 본 앱은 애초에 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 별도 동의 절차를 두지 않습니다.
만약 아동의 개인정보가 수집되었다고 판단되는 경우, 아래 문의처로 알려주시면 지체 없이 확인하여 삭제하겠습니다.
6. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기
· 기기에 저장된 정보 — 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다
· 멀티 대전 정보 — 대전 종료(방 삭제) 즉시 삭제됩니다
· 광고 관련 정보 — 구글의 보관 정책을 따릅니다
운영팀은 별도의 이용자 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
· 게임 기록 삭제 — 앱을 삭제하거나, 기기 설정 > 애플리케이션 > 저장공간 > 데이터 삭제
· 맞춤 광고 거부 / 광고 식별자 초기화 — 안드로이드 설정 > Google > 광고에서 "광고 ID 삭제" 또는 "맞춤 광고 선택 해제"
· 자동 백업 해제 — 기기 설정 > 시스템 > 백업
· 그 밖의 문의·정정·삭제 요청은 아래 문의처로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
· 외부 통신 구간은 모두 암호화(HTTPS/WSS)하여 전송합니다
· 운영팀은 이용자 개인정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않아, 유출 위험을 구조적으로 최소화합니다
· 제3자 제공 및 국외 이전은 위 3항에 기재된 서비스 외에는 없습니다

10. 방침의 변경

1. What we do not collect
This app requires no account, and we never collect:
· Name, date of birth, gender, phone number, mailing address, or email address
· Precise location (GPS)
· Contacts, photos, files, or call history
· Camera or microphone input
2. Information stored only on your device
The following stays on your device and is never sent to our servers:
· Nickname — a display name used inside the app. Real names are not required
· Game records — best scores, clear times, daily streak
· Play history — play count per game, when you last played
· Favorites — games you pinned to the home screen
· App settings — music, vibration, language, play-time limits, ad-removal status
Deleting the app deletes all of it. We have no way to access this information.
If you have Android's app data backup turned on, your operating system may back this data up to your own Google Drive account. That is a feature Google provides; we cannot access those backups. You can turn it off in your device settings.
3. Information handled by third-party services
3-1. Advertising (Google AdMob)
This app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may process your advertising ID, device information, IP address, and the approximate region derived from that IP address.
A banner ad appears at the bottom of the game screen only, starting from your first game; it is not shown on the home, settings, or records screens. Full-screen ads begin only after 50 total games played.

3-2. Multiplayer server
When you play "Number Baseball — Online Match", the following is sent to our match server:
· The nickname you type in
· Room name, join code, and gameplay data (your guesses and the results)
This exists only in server memory while the match is running and is discarded when the room closes. It is not written to any database. The connection is encrypted (WSS).
If you never use online match, we send no personal data to our servers — no nickname, no gameplay data.
We do send one empty request when you open the app, to wake the match server. Our free server takes up to a minute to start up, so without it you would wait that long before your first match. The request carries no content — no nickname, no scores — and the server does not store it.
4. Permissions the app requests
· Internet / network state — to show ads and run online matches. Games work normally if denied
· Advertising ID — to serve ads and control how often they appear. Can be reset or opted out in device settings (see 7)
· Vibration — short buzz on button taps. Can be turned off in app settings
· Notifications — streak and break-time reminders. You simply get no reminders if denied
· Boot completed — restores scheduled reminders after a restart
Notifications are generated locally on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere to produce them.
The app may also include system-level permissions required for scheduling notifications and playing audio. No personal data is collected through them.
5. Children's privacy
This app is not directed to children. That said, we collect no personal information, regardless of age.
· No sign-up, no login, no request for a real name, age, or email
· No chat and no message boards (online match exchanges only a nickname and number guesses)
Korea's Personal Information Protection Act applies to children under 14, and the U.S. COPPA applies to children under 13. Because this app collects no personal information in the first place, no separate consent flow is required.
If you believe a child's personal information has somehow been collected, contact us at the address below and we will verify and delete it promptly.
6. Retention and deletion
· Data on your device — deleted when you uninstall the app
· Multiplayer data — deleted the moment the match ends and the room closes
· Advertising data — retained per Google's own policies
We do not operate any user database.
7. Your choices
· Delete your game records — uninstall the app, or Settings > Apps > Storage > Clear data
· Opt out of personalized ads / reset your advertising ID — Android Settings > Google > Ads > "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
· Turn off automatic backup — Settings > System > Backup
· For any other request regarding your data, email us at the address below
8. Security
· All external communication is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / WSS)
· We keep no database of user information, which greatly reduces the risk of a leak
· We do not share or transfer data to anyone beyond the services listed in Section 3
