  ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS  was established as a professional engineering and contracting company in the field of     environmental technology.

 Whether the customer requirement is for designing a water/wastewater system for a new plant or re-engineering an existing plant, ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS process design engineers, manufacturing, and constructing capabilities are ready to serve such requirement.

 ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS core business is to build turnkey projects, and to provide treatment schemes and relevant equipment.

1 - 1 Municipal Water & Wastewater Treatment

This is one of the important operational departments within ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS organization.  The activities of this department are to provide an efficient and competitive solution for municipal market, this covers the following areas:

1-2      Drinking water applications including:

a)      Surface water flocculation and clarification systems.

b)      Compact & portable water treatment plants

c)      Sand filtration systems.

d)      Chemical conditioning systems.

e)      Chlorination, ozonation and UV disinfection systems.

f)       Pumping, storage and pressurization systems.

                   2.      Domestic sewage treatment applications including:

a)    Activated sludge systems utilizing extended aeration.

b)    Fixed growth tricking filter towers.

c)    Ultra filtration treatment schemes.

d)    Bio-Disc package treatment schemes.

e)    Screening and grit removal systems.

f)     Mechanical sludge dewatering and conveying systems.

              3 -  Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment.

ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS has a wide experience in water & waste water treatment for industrial applications, this covers the following areas:

3-1. Industrial Water Treatment:

a)      Demineralization systems by reverse osmosis and ion exchange.

b)      Softening systems by ion exchange, and chemical treatment.

c)      Iron & Manganese removal systems.

d)      Filtration systems.

3-  2. Industrial Wastewater Treatment:

a)      Dissolved air flotation systems (DAF).

b)      Sequential batch reactor systems (SBR).

c)      Aerobic/anaerobic (attached and non-attached growth) biological treatment systems.

e)      Mechanical sludge dewatering screens, belts, presses, and centrifuges.

4-   Reverse Osmosis Desalination & Membranes Filtration System.

ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS has a wide experience in reverse osmosis desalination for both drinking water and industrial applications. The drinking water application includes new communities, touristic villages, hotels, resorts and camps.

In addition to reverse osmosis desalination, we have the capability to design and construct different membrane filtration systems.

 As a global membranes technology provider, the following applications are available;

            a)   Reverse osmosis desalination plants for brackish and sea water.

b)   Nano - filtration systems.

c)   Ultra - filtration systems  

  5-  Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems For Oil Field Applications.

ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS has the capability to provide water & waste water treatment solutions for oil field applications, this includes the following:

a)                            Domestic sewage treatment plants for camps and working sites.

b)                            Potable water treatment for camps and working sites.

c)                            Treatment of hazardous industrial waste water.

6  - Up Grade and /Or Refurbishment of Existing Treatment Systems.

Due to the technical capabilities and the wide experience of ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS staff, they can perform technical evaluation for existing treatment systems and come up with effective solutions for up grading the capacities and / or the produced qualities.

Also, they have the capabilities to modernize and refurbish existing old systems.

Above concepts are applicable to most of the various treatment systems in the various applications.

7 -  Operation And Maintenance Services.

This is one of the most important departments within ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS organization.  The target of the operation department is to provide the customer with cost effective and safe operation in addition to the regular maintenance through annual contracts.

ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS has qualified operation staff (engineers + skilled operators) who has a wide experience in operation of the different water & wastewater treatment systems. The main tasks for the operation department are:

a)      Troubleshooting.

b)      Maintain efficient and continuous operation of the treatment systems.

c)      Ensure cost effective operation of the treatment systems.

d)   Ensure good quality of the outlet product of the plant either treated effluent quality complying with the applicable discharge regulations, or potable water with quality in accordance to WHO standards, or process water quality in accordance to specific industrial requirements.

 8 - Spare Parts And After Sales Services.

ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS is committed to provide after-sales service to its installed plants. Regular preventative maintenance of the systems provided by ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS is the main concern.

ALEMAN FOR INTEGRATED WORKS has qualified staff that is capable to perform the following:

                   a)    Provide supports during elector-mechanical installation.

b)    Commission plants and equipment.

c)    Provide training to customer's staff to operate and maintain plants

 and equipment.

d)    Direct customer's staff to the most optimum method of operation.

e)    Provide maintenance service on call basis.

f)    Supply of spare parts and consumables.
