1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Dreamtold: Bedtime Stories, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of a child, to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. This app is intended to be used by parents on behalf of their children.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dreamtold: Bedtime Stories for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• You may not share your account with others

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a Premium subscription, processed via Apple In-App Purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

• Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Account Settings

• We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy

• Prices may change with reasonable notice

5.1 Virtual Currency ("Stars")

The app may include virtual currency (e.g., "Stars") that can be purchased or earned. Stars are digital content and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to other users. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Stars at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated, all Stars will be forfeited without compensation. 

6. AI-Generated Content

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API). While we strive for age-appropriate, high-quality content, we do not guarantee that all generated content will be accurate or error-free. Generated stories are for personal entertainment use only.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for reviewing the generated stories and audio before playing them for their children. 

You may not use AI-generated stories for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the app's systems or servers

• Use the app to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

• Circumvent any subscription or access controls

• Upload or clone voice audio belonging to someone else without their explicit, documented legal consent.

• Use the Voice Cloning feature to impersonate any person, public figure, or entity.

• Use the Voice Cloning feature to generate deepfakes, hate speech, defamatory, or deceptive audio.

You agree that you alone are solely responsible and liable for any audio you upload and the generated voice models. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Voice Cloning feature.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and code within Dreamtold: Bedtime Stories are owned by Dreamtold AI or licensed to us. Generated story content is provided to you for personal use only. We retain all rights to the underlying systems and models.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamtold AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Profile settings in the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• This agreement is concluded between you and Dreamtold AI only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.

• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the app.

• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.

• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
