My name is Aidenn O’Leary, and I am a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in December 2025. I have a strong interest in commercial real estate, finance, and investment analysis, and I am focused on building a career in these industries.

Through internships in both brokerage and commercial lending, I have gained experience analyzing real estate opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting financial and transaction-related work. As a Sales/Brokerage Intern at CBRE, I assisted in preparing deal execution materials, compiling sales comparables, and supporting transaction processes. Previously, as a Commercial Lending Intern at Penn Community Bank, I supported underwriting and credit analysis efforts while assisting with market research and loan documentation related to commercial real estate lending. 

In addition to my professional experience, I was actively involved in the Penn State Real Estate Association and have participated in industry programs such as Project Destined and the Real Estate Bootcamp. These opportunities have provided me with a deeper understanding of real estate fundamentals, property valuation, and market trends.

I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to identify investment opportunities and create value within the real estate and finance sectors. I am always eager to learn, connect with industry professionals, and apply my skills to new challenges.
