Important: Before you use AiDecor: AI Interior Design (as defined below), we advise you to carefully read and make sure you understand the provisions of this AiDecor: AI Interior Design Service Agreement (this “Agreement”), especially those Sections that are underlined and in bold, which might exclude or limit our liabilities or highlight your obligations. 

AiDecor: AI Interior Design IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 12, or in certain jurisdictions, under 13 (the “Minors”) and we do not knowingly collect information from Minors. If you are between 12 (or 13 in certain jurisdictions) and 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian before you are permitted to use AiDecor: AI Interior Design. If you have any questions about this Agreement, or you are unwilling to accept this Agreement in whole or in part, please cease using AiDecor: AI Interior Design immediately. If you have any questions regarding AiDecor: AI Interior Design or wish to provide feedback (including, but not limited to, suggestions and complaints) to us, you can contact us via email at maimeo.30797@gmail.com (please quote “AiDecor: AI Interior Design” in your email title).

Scope of this Agreement:This Agreement is made between you and AiDecor: AI Interior Design and its affiliates who assist us with respect to the provision of the services (collectively, “we”, “us” or “our”) for your use of AiDecor: AI Interior Design. This Agreement incorporates the AiDecor: AI Interior Design Privacy Policy. We may update this Agreement from time to time at our sole and absolute discretion, including, without limitation, making any updates to satisfy business, legal or policy requirements. If you are unwilling to accept all or part of the provisions of any future updated version of this Agreement, you must not use or must immediately cease your use of AiDecor: AI Interior Design. Because AiDecor: AI Interior Design is evolving over time, we may change or discontinue all or any part of AiDecor: AI Interior Design at any time and without notice, at our sole and absolute discretion. If you continue to use AiDecor: AI Interior Design after we have posted updated version of this Agreement, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated version of this Agreement. “AiDecor: AI Interior Design” is a software product developed, operated and managed by us. 

Protection of User Information and Personal Information:

It is our fundamental principle to protect your privacy and personal information. You agree that AiDecor: AI Interior Design may collect, use, store, and manage limited data necessary to provide its camera and photo editing features, in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

If you are unwilling to accept or have any questions regarding the Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, please do not use or immediately cease using AiDecor: AI Interior Design. You may contact us using the contact information provided above.

Non-commercial Use of AiDecor: AI Interior Design:

You agree to use AiDecor: AI Interior Design in a reasonable and lawful manner in accordance with this Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, you may only capture, edit, view, store, and share photos or other content created through AiDecor: AI Interior Design for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not transfer, sublicense, or assign any rights under this Agreement, whether for compensation or free of charge, without our prior written consent.

Your Use of AiDecor: AI Interior Design:
You are fully responsible for your use of AiDecor: AI Interior Design and for any photos or other content you create or store using the app (“User Content”). You agree not to create, upload, or store through AiDecor: AI Interior Design any content that:

• contains or promotes gambling, violence, discrimination, nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material;
  
  

• infringes the lawful rights of others, including but not limited to reputation, portrait, privacy, or intellectual property rights;
  
  

• includes defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or otherwise harmful material, or personal information of another person (including, but not limited to, payment information, identification numbers, or private contact details);
  
  

• violates any laws, regulations, public order, or the provisions of this Agreement;
  
  

• contains unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or other unwanted solicitation; or
  
  

• is otherwise deemed inappropriate or unlawful by us.
  
  

While we are not obligated to monitor or review any User Content, we reserve the right to do so for the purpose of operating AiDecor: AI Interior Design, ensuring compliance with this Agreement, and satisfying applicable legal or regulatory requirements. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict access to any content we consider objectionable or in violation of this Agreement.

If you violate this Agreement, you agree that we may, at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law, take any appropriate action without prior notice, including but not limited to:
(i) deleting any violating User Content;
(ii) restricting or terminating your access to AiDecor: AI Interior Design; and
(iii) discontinuing any related services.

Virtual Goods, Subscription, and AI Features (for AiDecor: AI Interior Design)

Premium Features and Virtual Goods:
AiDecor: AI Interior Design is currently free to use and does not include any in-app purchases, subscription plans, or virtual goods. If paid features are introduced in the future (such as premium filters, effects, or AI tools), the corresponding terms, pricing, and refund policies will be clearly stated within the App and in an updated version of this Agreement.

All features of AiDecor: AI Interior Design are intended solely for personal and non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer access to any paid or free features of the App to others without our prior written consent.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features:
AiDecor: AI Interior Design is equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities for content augmentation and synthesis. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free, and that any use of such content is at your own risk. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others. You agree not to use AI-generated content for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

If you encounter any AI-generated content that you consider offensive or inappropriate, please contact us at maimeo.30797@gmail.com, and we will promptly review and take appropriate action.

Ownership and Usage of AI Content:
You retain ownership of the photos and materials you upload to AiDecor: AI Interior Design. However, by using the App’s AI features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating the requested output and improving AI performance.
All processing occurs automatically, and your data is not shared, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any AI-generated content that violates this Agreement, applicable laws, or community standards.

Account and Access:
AiDecor: AI Interior Design does not require you to create an account to use its core features. If account functionality is introduced in the future, users will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Content Ownership and License

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• “Content” means all text, photos, images, graphics, and other materials created, processed, or displayed through AiDecor: AI Interior Design.

• “Our Content” means any filters, styles, effects, tools, user interface elements, AI models, or other creative assets that are built into or provided by AiDecor: AI Interior Design.

• “User Content” means any images, photos, or materials that you create, upload, or edit using AiDecor: AI Interior Design, excluding Our Content or any part thereof.
  Content Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership in your User Content. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as granting AiDecor: AI Interior Design ownership of your images or creative materials.

However, all rights, title, and interest in Our Content—including filters, AI-generated effects, templates, and other built-in tools—remain the exclusive property of AiDecor: AI Interior Design and its licensors. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You agree not to remove, modify, or obscure any copyright or trademark notices that appear within the App or its content. If you use Our Content (e.g., a filter or effect) in your own creation, we retain ownership of those elements and their derivatives.

Rights in Your User Content

By using AiDecor: AI Interior Design, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process and temporarily store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing AI features, image editing, and performance improvement of the App.

This license is:

• Automatic and necessary for the App to function;

• Non-transferable and revocable;

• Used only to deliver and improve the service — your data will not be shared, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

If your User Content contains identifiable persons, you confirm that you have the right and consent to use those images within the App.

Your Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for all User Content you create or process in AiDecor: AI Interior Design. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content;

• Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;

• You will not use the App to create or process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates this Agreement.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that we reasonably believe violates this Agreement or applicable law.

Removal of User Content

You may delete your images or User Content at any time from your device. Since AiDecor: AI Interior Design processes content locally or temporarily on your device or our secure servers, deleted content cannot be recovered once removed.

We are not responsible for content that remains in your device backups or third-party storage (e.g., iCloud, Google Photos).

If you share your content externally (e.g., on social media or messaging apps), we cannot control or remove copies made by others.

Rights in Content Granted by Us

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AiDecor: AI Interior Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and access Our Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify the App or its components;

• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App;

• Resell or redistribute Our Content or AI-generated materials as standalone assets;

• Use Our Content or AI outputs to create products or services that compete with AiDecor: AI Interior Design.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with us.

Feedback

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and improvement ideas (“Feedback”) about AiDecor: AI Interior Design. By submitting Feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for improving our products and services without any obligation of compensation.

Disclaimer

You agree to use AiDecor: AI Interior Design at your own risk. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be free from errors or interruptions;

• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias;

• The App will meet your specific expectations or intended use.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDecor: AI Interior Design and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• Any loss of data, images, or profits arising from your use of the App.

If our liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability shall not exceed USD 100

Force Majeure and Service Modification

We are not liable for any delay, suspension, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, technical issues, or government restrictions.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of AiDecor: AI Interior Design at any time, without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting loss of data or access.

Inherent Risks

You understand that using an Internet-based photo application involves certain risks, including possible data loss, software malfunction, or unauthorized access. By using AiDecor: AI Interior Design, you accept these inherent risks and agree that we are not responsible for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Language

This Agreement is written and provided in English only. Any translations that may be made available are for convenience purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

Specific Terms for Users in Korea for Location-Based Services

The following specific provisions apply to users in Korea with respect to the use of any location-based services (“LBS”) provided by AiDecor: AI Interior Design (“AiDecor: AI Interior Design”).

Description of Service

Currently, AiDecor: AI Interior Design does not use, collect, or process any personal location information from users.
All app features, including AI photo enhancement and editing tools, operate entirely without requiring access to GPS, Wi-Fi location, or any other form of location data.

• Purpose: None — AiDecor: AI Interior Design does not rely on or process personal location data for any functionality.

• Retention period: Not applicable, as no location data is collected or stored.

• Sharing: AiDecor: AI Interior Design does not share, provide, or disclose any location information to third parties.

If location-based features (such as geotagging or localized filters) are introduced in the future, users will be clearly notified in advance, and explicit consent will be requested before any collection or use of such data.

We automatically record and retain verification data related to the use and provision of location information pursuant to Article 16(2) of the Korean Location Information Act for at least six (6) months.

Once the purpose of collecting or providing personal location information has been fulfilled, AiDecor: AI Interior Design will immediately destroy such information in a manner that prevents any future association with the user. However, we may retain certain data if required to do so under applicable laws.

Specific Terms for Users in Korea

AiDecor: AI Interior Design does not use, collect, or provide any personal location information.
The app’s features — including photo capture, AI-based image enhancement, and creative tools — operate entirely without requiring access to your location data.

If, in the future, AiDecor: AI Interior Design introduces features that rely on personal location information (such as location tagging or context-based effects), such features will:

1. Clearly request your explicit consent before any location information is used; and
   
   

2. Include an updated version of these terms specifying how the information is collected, used, and retained, in accordance with the Korean Location Information Act.

Rights of Users Regarding Personal Location Information and How to Exercise Them

Currently, AiDecor: AI Interior Design does not collect, store, or process any personal location information from users.
All features of the app operate independently of location data.

If, in the future, we introduce features that require the use of personal location information (such as geotagging or location-based filters), users will be notified in advance and their explicit consent will be obtained before any data collection begins. In that event, users in Korea will have the following rights under the Korean Location Information Act:

1. Right to Withdraw or Restrict Consent:
   You will have the right to withdraw or restrict your consent to the use of personal location information at any time. Upon withdrawal, we will immediately stop processing such information and destroy any related data unless retention is required by law.
   
   

2. Right to Suspend Use or Provision:
   You will have the right to request that we temporarily suspend the use or provision of your personal location information. We will comply with such requests without refusal and ensure the technical means to enable suspension.
   
   

3. Right to Access and Correction:
   You will have the right to request access to or notification of:
   
   

   • Records verifying the use or provision of your location information; and/or
     
     

   • Grounds for and details of any provision of such information to third parties made under applicable law.

Language

This Agreement is prepared and provided in English only.
Any translations that may be made available are for convenience purposes only.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of this Agreement and a translated version, the English version shall prevail and be legally controlling.

Addendum 1 – AI Terms of Use

These AI Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) form an addendum to the AiDecor: AI Interior Design Terms of Service and govern your use of any artificial intelligence features made available within the app (“AI Features”).
These AI Terms should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If there is any inconsistency between these AI Terms and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, these AI Terms shall prevail with respect to the AI Features.
Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service.

1. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Any photos, videos, text, or other User Content you upload or generate through the AI Features are processed solely to provide the requested functionality (for example, generating edited images).
Such content will not be used to identify you personally, nor will it be stored or shared for unrelated purposes.

For more information about how we collect and process data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

2. Non-Commercial Use

You agree to use the AI Features in a lawful, reasonable, and non-commercial manner, consistent with these AI Terms and applicable laws.
Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, all AI-generated content and related outputs are for personal and non-commercial use only.

3. Grant of Rights

By using the AI Features, you acknowledge that your input data (such as text prompts or uploaded photos) and generated outputs (such as edited or AI-created images) may be temporarily processed and stored for:

• (i) Providing and improving AI-based functionality; and
  
  

• (ii) Monitoring for misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
  
  

You hereby grant AiDecor: AI Interior Design a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to:

• use, store, copy, modify, adapt, display, and process your input and output content as necessary to operate and improve the AI Features; and

• maintain and enhance the safety, performance, and accuracy of our AI systems.

This license is limited to the purposes stated above and does not transfer ownership of your content to AiDecor: AI Interior Design.
If you do not agree to this license, please refrain from using the AI Features.

4. Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you provide or generate using the AI Features.
You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit; and
  
  

• your use of the AI Features does not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, or any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Limitation of Use

Except as expressly permitted under these AI Terms, you must not:

1. copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the AI Features;

2. distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the AI Features to any third party;

3. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the AI Features;

4. make the AI Features accessible to multiple users by unauthorized means;

5. extract data from the AI Features via scraping or harvesting methods; or

6. use outputs or data from the AI Features to train or improve other AI systems.

6. Accuracy and Limitations of AI Outputs

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

• Outputs may contain errors, biases, or artifacts inherent to AI technology; and

• You are solely responsible for evaluating AI-generated content before using or relying on it.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
Use of AI-generated content is entirely at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

The AI Features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• merchantability,

• fitness for a particular purpose,

• non-infringement, and

• accuracy or reliability of outputs.

We do not guarantee that AI Features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
AI-generated content may occasionally include inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive results that do not reflect our views or intentions.

8. Deletion of User Content

We may delete or remove any User Content generated through the AI Features at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
We are not obligated to retain or restore deleted data and shall not be liable for any resulting loss.

9. Feedback

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions to improve AiDecor: AI Interior Design and its AI Features.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including to improve our products and services.
