split yolk

a technique where the user will split the O piece to complete "yankinery." one of the more unknown techniques, split yolk is difficult to pull off but is almost always worth it.

to use split yolk one must first know the DAS (delayed auto split) technique. once you have mastered the DAS, the tricky part comes in timing and pressure. the user will need to DAS both right and left at the same time, being careful to apply a consistent pressure level. this will eventually split the O piece -- the "yolk" -- to be used at the users discretion.
