Research Interest Description:
I am increasingly interested in bridging molecular-level behavior with cellular-level behavior, especially in the context of biology-driven modeling. To this end, I explore multi-modal learning frameworks that integrate molecular graphs, 3D structures, and image-based or omics-derived cellular phenotypes. I am particularly drawn to virtual cell modeling, where chemical and physical interactions can be simulated within realistic biological environments.
My goal is to build interpretable, mechanistic models that connect microscopic chemical processes with system-level biological outcomes, opening pathways for applications in drug discovery, synthetic biology, and cell-targeted chemistry.
