Research Interest Description:
My research focuses on understanding molecular mechanisms through cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), where I determined structures and investigated their biological significance during my doctoral studies. I am particularly interested in using cryo-EM–based structural insights to guide protein design, enabling the engineering of proteins with desired functions and binding specificities. In addition, I aim to apply cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) to observe biomolecular processes in situ within native cellular environments.
