Research Interest Description:
My research aims to address critical clinical unmet needs by integrating AI-aided drug discovery, formulation chemistry, targeted drug delivery, and advanced biomaterials within an evidence-driven reverse-engineering framework. Currently, I am focusing on two major directions: (1) designing de novo small-molecule ligands with intrinsic tissue tropism for precision drug delivery, and (2) performing high-throughput screening of a chemical permeation-enhancer library to enable nose-to-brain delivery of next-generation antibody therapeutics for glioblastoma treatment.
