Research Interest Description:
During my Ph.D., I developed nanozyme-based anticancer nanocomposites for targeted chemodynamic and photothermal therapy. As a postdoctoral researcher in the United States, I specialized in near-infrared fluorescent dyes for cancer and rheumatoid arthritis theranostics, focusing on their immunogenic potential to stimulate adaptive immune responses.
Building on my long-standing interest in immunotherapy, I have recently begun integrating AI-guided immune protein engineering into my research to explore novel therapeutic strategies that can precisely modulate immune activation and tolerance.
