Research Interest Description:

My major research interest is identifying pathogenic mechanism in complex disease based on single cell multi-omics technique, especially for epigenomics and 3D chromatin structures. I apply single cell data based Deep-learning model to enhance the resolution of captured molecular pattern in complex disease. My goal is to identify drug candidate for complex disease based on single cell multi-omics tehcnique with deep-learning approach.
