This privacy policy applies to the AICreation: AI Image Generator app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Samet Cagri Aktepe (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service with optional subscriptions. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application may collect your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and use it in the following ways:
Geolocation Services: To provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
Third-Party Services: Periodically, anonymized location data may be transmitted to external services to enhance the Application and optimize offerings.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional single-purchase packs to unlock additional features, enhance user experience, or access credits for generating content. These packs include: Starter Pack (50 credits), Standard Pack (250 credits), Premium Pack (1000 credits), and Super Pack (5000 credits). When you make a purchase, the Service Provider may collect data necessary to process your transaction, such as transaction details or the pack you select. Payment processing is handled by the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), and the Service Provider does not store or have access to your payment details. Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

CloudKit Usage
The Application uses CloudKit, Apple’s cloud service, to store and sync user data securely. CloudKit allows the Service Provider to save certain data, such as application preferences, user-generated content, and other relevant information, in Apple’s cloud infrastructure. This data is encrypted both in transit and at rest to ensure security.
The Service Provider does not share your data stored in CloudKit with third parties, except as necessary to provide and improve the Application’s functionality. Apple, as the provider of CloudKit, may have access to this data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, but the Service Provider does not control or access this data beyond what is required for the Application’s operation.
If you wish to delete data stored via CloudKit, you can contact the Service Provider at cagriaktpe@gmail.com, and they will assist you in removing your data from the cloud in a reasonable time. Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at cagriaktpe@gmail.com, and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event that such information is discovered, it will be immediately deleted.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are provided to protect the information processed and maintained.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page.
