This iOS Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between you and HOMEX AND AI PTE. LTD ("the Company") concerning your subscription to services offered through the AI Cleaner Pro：Clean Storage application. Your purchase of a subscription indicates your acceptance of these terms.
The following subscription plans are available through AI Cleaner Pro：Clean Storage:
Weekly Plan: Provides full access to premium features with weekly billing
Annual Plan: Offers complete premium access with yearly billing
Subscribers enjoy enhanced features including:
Full access to premium functionality
Ad-free experience
Enhanced customer support services
Your iTunes account will be charged immediately upon subscription confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically continue unless cancelled
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period
The renewal rate will match your original subscription plan cost
Subscribers can adjust their subscription settings and disable auto-renewal through their iTunes account settings.
When available, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends, resulting in immediate billing to your account.
Cancellation is permitted at any time
Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
Refunds are processed exclusively through Apple Support, not directly through the Company. All purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Apple will be the ones who will establish the period of time in which the User will receive, if approved, the refund according to their own policies, so that the Company cannot assume any responsibility in this regard.
In the same sense, no refund will be made by our Company for discontinuation of the use of the Service to which the user had subscribed to.

The Company maintains the right to adjust subscription prices. You will receive advance notice of any price changes, which will take effect at your next renewal date.
The Company may modify, add, or remove subscription features at its discretion. Continued usage following such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified service.
The Company retains the right to end your subscription and service access for violations of this Agreement or other applicable terms.
Following termination:
Immediate cessation of access to premium features
No refund of any pre-paid subscription fees
