About Us

We are devoted to developing computational systems, algorithms, and artificial intelligence-driven tools to solve biological and medical problems. We develop computational methods based on machine learning, deep learning, and large language models. Currently ongoing research projects include prediction of anti-inflammatory and anti-aging peptide drugs, paratope prediction for single-domain antibody (nanobody), and protein-protein interaction prediction from biomedical literature. Additionally, we conduct interdisciplinary research, such as using machine learning to predict re-suicide patients (in collaboration with psychiatrists) and using LLM to predict children with developmental language disorders (in collaboration with audiology and speech-language therapy experts).
