Our goal is to ensure you fully understand how your photos are handled and the measures we take to protect your data.
The app collects photos uploaded by users to process and analyze them, generating a predicted image of a future child. The AI system analyzes and combines features from the uploaded photos to create a realistic and artistic representation of what the child might look like. We do not collect additional biometric data or facial recognition data beyond what is necessary to create the predicted baby photo.
What are the planned uses of the collected face data?
The collected face data (photos you upload) is used exclusively for the following purposes:

We do not share your photos or face data with third parties for any marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes. The photos you upload are processed within the app exclusively for face analysis and generating baby predictions.
The photos may be temporarily stored on our servers or by the third-party service providers we use, such as Modelslab and OpenAI, for processing during the face analysis and baby generation process. However, these photos are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing is completed. Modelslab and OpenAI may retain photos used for AI model training in their databases for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are deleted unless you request immediate deletion.
Photos uploaded for generating face analyses and baby predictions are stored temporarily during the processing phase. Once the processing is completed, the photos are either deleted from our servers or removed from our system. Photos used for AI model training by Modelslab are retained for a maximum of 30 days and can be deleted upon request at any time. Similarly, OpenAI processes photos temporarily for the purpose of generating predictions, and these photos are retained for a maximum of 30 days. OpenAI’s data retention policies may vary.
