• Face data is extracted from photos using Google Gemini API for AI-powered analysis

• Face detection is performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework for validation purposes before processing

• Face data is collected solely to provide the AI-powered features you request (baby predictions, facial analysis, age determination, resemblance comparisons)

• Face data is not used for identification, tracking, advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the requested service

1.3 Usage Data

• We collect information about how you interact with the App, including which features you use

• This includes data about your subscription status and credit usage

• We collect device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version

1.4 Subscription Information

• If you purchase a subscription, we collect payment information through Apple's App Store

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple, and we do not have access to your payment details

• We receive information about your subscription status and purchase history from Apple

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

2.1 Photo and Face Data Processing

• Photos containing faces are sent to Google Gemini API (via AIProxy) for processing

• Face data is extracted from photos to generate predictions, analyses, and results as requested by you

• Face data includes facial features, expressions, age estimation, resemblance analysis, beauty scores, mood detection, face shape analysis, and golden ratio calculations

• Photos and face data are used solely to generate predictions, analyses, and results as requested by you

• We do not use your photos or face data for any other purpose beyond providing the requested service

• Face data is not used for identification, tracking, advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose other than providing the AI features you request

2.2 App Functionality

• We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services

• We use usage data to understand how the App is used and to enhance user experience

• Subscription information is used to manage your access to premium features

2.3 Local Storage

• Generated results and analysis data (including extracted face data such as beauty scores, mood, face shape, age, and resemblance percentages) are stored locally on your device

• Photos containing faces are stored locally on your device in the app's Documents folder

• This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

3.1 Google Gemini API

• We use Google's Gemini API to process images and extract face data for AI-powered results

• When you upload photos containing faces, they are transmitted to Google's servers (via AIProxy) for processing

• Google Gemini extracts face data including facial features, expressions, age, resemblance information, beauty scores, mood, face shape, and ethnicity

• Face data is temporarily processed by Google Gemini API to generate the requested results

• Third-Party Face Data Storage: According to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, Google Gemini API processes images and face data in real-time to generate results. Google states that images sent to the Gemini API are processed for the immediate request and are not stored permanently on Google's servers after processing completes. Google may temporarily cache data for up to 30 days for service improvement and abuse prevention purposes, after which it is automatically deleted. Google does not use your images or face data to train or improve their AI models without your explicit consent. 3.2 Apple Services

• We use Apple's App Store and StoreKit for subscription management

• We use Apple's Vision framework for local face detection and validation before processing

• Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

4.1 Photo and Face Data Storage

• Photos containing face data are temporarily processed by Google Gemini API

• Face data is extracted during processing but is not permanently stored by Google after processing completes

• Photos are not stored on our servers after processing is complete

• Photos and extracted face data are stored locally on your device in the app's Documents/HistoryImages folder

• Generated results and analysis data (including face data such as beauty scores, mood, face shape, age, ethnicity, and resemblance percentages) are stored locally on your device using SwiftData

• You can delete photos and face data at any time through the app's history feature

4.2 Local Data Retention

• Retention Period: Photos and face data are stored locally on your device until you choose to delete them through the App's history feature, or until you uninstall the App

• Reason for Local Storage: We store photos and face data locally on your device to provide you with access to your history of generated results and analyses. This allows you to review, compare, and share previous results without needing to regenerate them. Local storage ensures your data remains under your control and is not transmitted to our servers

• User Control: You have full control over the retention period. You can delete individual history items (including photos and face data) at any time through the App's history feature, which immediately removes the data from your device

• Automatic Deletion: If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data (including photos and face data) will be automatically removed from your device by the iOS operating system

• We do not store photos or face data indefinitely. All data is user-controlled and can be deleted at any time

4.3 Third-Party Data Retention

• Google Gemini API Storage: Photos and face data sent to Google Gemini API are processed in real-time to generate results. According to Google's policies, images and face data are not permanently stored by Google after processing completes

• Google Gemini Retention Period: Google may temporarily cache your images and face data for up to 30 days for service reliability, abuse prevention, and technical support purposes. After this 30-day period, cached data is automatically deleted from Google's servers

• Reason for Google's Temporary Storage: Google temporarily caches data to ensure service reliability, prevent abuse, provide technical support if issues arise, and improve their API service. This temporary caching is necessary for the API to function properly and securely

• No Permanent Third-Party Storage: After the 30-day caching period, Google does not retain your photos or face data. Google does not use your images or face data to train or improve their AI models without your explicit consent

• We do not maintain copies of your photos, face data, or generated content on our servers

4.4 Data Retention Summary

• Our Servers: We do not store photos or face data on our servers

• Local Device: Photos and face data stored locally until you delete them or uninstall the App (user-controlled retention)

• Google Gemini API: Photos and face data may be cached for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted

• No Indefinite Storage: Face data is not stored indefinitely. All storage is either user-controlled (local) or time-limited (third-party caching)

5. DATA SECURITY

5.1 Security Measures

• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information

• Photos and face data are transmitted securely using encrypted connections (HTTPS)

• Local data stored on your device (including photos and face data) is protected by iOS security features

5.2 Limitations

• While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

6.1 Photo and Face Data Access

• You control which photos you upload to the App
