AI Assistant (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Assistant collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our iOS application and related services.
1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
Depending on which features you use, AI Assistant may process:
• Text you enter into the app, including questions, prompts, and messages.
• Voice recordings or speech input when you use voice features.
• Images or photographs when you use camera or image-based features.
• PDF files or document content when you use PDF-related features.
• Translation content when you use translation features.
• Technical and app-usage information required to operate, secure, and improve the application.

We do not require an account simply to use the core application features unless a future feature explicitly requires one.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Provide AI-generated answers and requested services.
• Process voice, image, PDF, and translation requests.
• Maintain and improve application reliability, performance, and security.
• Diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse or fraud.

• Display and measure advertising where advertising features are enabled.
We do not intentionally use your private prompts, voice recordings, images, or uploaded documents to create advertising profiles for you.
3. AI AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING
AI Assistant uses third-party technologies and service providers to provide certain features.
For example, requests may be processed through our backend infrastructure and Google Gemini services to generate AI responses or speech.
Depending on the feature you use, content you submit may therefore be transmitted to a third-party service provider for processing.
These providers process information according to their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and technical safeguards.
We do not sell your submitted content.
4. VOICE, CAMERA, AND DOCUMENT DATA
If you use voice features, the audio or speech input required to understand your request may be processed by the services used to provide that feature.
If you use camera or image features, images you select or capture may be transmitted for processing when required to provide the requested AI or OCR functionality.
If you upload a PDF or other document, its contents may be transmitted to the services required to analyze or process that document.
Only use this functionality with content you are authorized to submit.
5. ANALYTICS
We may use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage, performance, and engagement.
Analytics may collect certain technical information and usage events automatically, depending on the configuration of the application, applicable consent requirements, and your device or platform settings.
We do not intentionally send the contents of your private AI conversations, uploaded documents, or voice recordings to analytics events.
6. ADVERTISING
AI Assistant may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
Advertising and measurement technologies may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising information, performance information, and interactions with advertisements, subject to applicable platform settings and consent requirements.
Where required, consent is requested and managed using Google's applicable consent mechanisms.

7. LOCAL STORAGE
Some information, such as application settings, preferences, saved items, or other app data, may be stored locally on your device depending on the feature you use.
Deleting the app or using an in-app deletion feature, where available, may remove locally stored application data.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law or by legitimate technical, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory requirements.
Information processed through third-party services may be retained by those providers according to their own policies and applicable service configurations.
Some application data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, remove it through an available in-app control, or uninstall the application, depending on the feature.
9. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

AI Assistant is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

• Cloudflare
• WhatsApp, when you choose to contact support through WhatsApp
