User-Uploaded Images:
When you use the "Photo Editor" feature, you select and upload image files from your device gallery. We access only the specific images you explicitly choose to select and upload for editing purposes.
Device Information:
We collect a unique device ID to prevent fraudulent activity and to limit free ad-supported image generations per device.
Image Generation & Editing Data:
The prompts (text requests) you enter and the images you upload for photo editing are transmitted to process your requests. We do not permanently store these original images or generated outputs on our personal servers.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain the App:
Your personal information is used exclusively for user authentication, to enable your access to the App, and for in-app personalization (e.g., displaying your name and photo).
Photo Editing and Generation Services:
Images and prompts you upload are transmitted securely to perform image generation and editing tasks requested by you. Uploaded photos are used solely to deliver the photo editing service, are NOT used for training public AI models, and are NEVER sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Fraud Prevention:
Your device ID is used solely to enforce our policy on free ad-supported generations, preventing abuse of this feature on a single device.
Analytics and Performance:
We may use non-personal, aggregated data to analyze app usage, improve app functionality, and enhance the user experience.
We rely on several third-party services to operate the App. These services may collect and use your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Firebase (by Google):
We use Firebase Authentication for secure user sign-in and Firestore for storing user data (tokens, ad generation counts, etc.).
Leonardo.AI:
We use the Leonardo.AI API to generate images based on text prompts and to process photo editing requests. When you edit a photo, your selected image is uploaded securely via a presigned URL (Amazon Web Services S3) and processed by Leonardo.AI exclusively to execute the requested changes. We do not share any personal identification details (such as your name, email address, or device ID) with Leonardo.AI.
Google Mobile Ads:
We use this service to display banner and rewarded video advertisements to support the free features of the App. Google's Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of data related to these ads.
In-App Purchase (by Google):
We use this service to process secure payments for token purchases. Your payment information is handled directly by Google and is not collected or stored by us.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary action.
Access and Control:
You can access and update most of your personal information directly within your Google account settings.
Data Security:
All user data and uploaded images are transmitted over secure, encrypted protocols (HTTPS). We use commercially acceptable security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Account Deletion:
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
In-App Deletion (Recommended): You can delete your account instantly within the App by opening the Menu and selecting "Delete Account". This action effectively removes your personal data and account records from our Firebase systems immediately.
Request via Email: If you have already uninstalled the App, you may request the deletion of your account and data by contacting us at aiartcontent27@gmail.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
