If you want a rugged, waterproof MP3 player built specifically for submersion and long swim sessions, choose Aiandcc Swimming Headphones; if you need a versatile, ultra-lightweight air-conduction headset for running, commuting, or casual gaming where ambient awareness is key, choose Traggo Airflex.
• Aiandcc Swimming Headphones: The standout strength is its IPX8 waterproof rating and built-in 32GB storage for independent playback underwater, but the trade-off is that Bluetooth signals simply do not work while submerged, requiring mode switching.
• Traggo Airflex: Its biggest asset is the 10-hour battery life and flexible, drop-resistant design that pairs perfectly with any Bluetooth source on land, yet it lacks any water resistance rating and cannot be used in a pool.
• Who each pick is for: Choose Aiandcc if your primary goal is swimming laps without losing your playlist; grab Traggo if you need a reliable headphone for ps5 gaming, running, or office use where wireless freedom and comfort are paramount.
The Aiandcc S10 is engineered for one specific environment: water. It solves a fundamental problem swimmers face—the fact that standard Bluetooth signals die the moment they hit the surface. By integrating a 32GB internal MP3 player, this device allows you to store up to 8,000 songs directly on the unit. You can load your favorite tracks before you dive in and switch to MP3 mode to listen without needing a phone tethered to your wrist or pocket. This independence is crucial for serious lap swimmers who don't want their audio interrupted by the physics of water blocking radio waves.
Its physical construction reinforces this aquatic focus. The headphones feature a flexible memory titanium frame and an open-ear design that weighs just 36.6 grams. This lightweight profile ensures they stay secure even during vigorous strokes, and the ergonomic shape fits comfortably under swim caps and goggles. The IPX8 waterproof rating means you can fully immerse them in water up to two meters deep for an hour, making them durable enough for pool workouts, open water swims, and even accidental drops in the shower.

However, this specialization comes with a caveat. While the device supports Bluetooth 5.4 for use on land—perfect for running or cycling—it reverts to MP3-only mode when submerged. If you are looking for a single pair of headphones to handle everything from deep-sea diving to streaming music wirelessly from your phone while treading water, this won't work for the latter part. Additionally, the sound delivery relies on bone conduction technology, which transmits audio through vibration rather than traditional ear cups. Some users find this unique sound signature effective for safety, but others may prefer the immersive isolation of sealed earbuds.
This product is ideal for athletes who prioritize water performance above all else. If you spend hours in the pool every week and refuse to compromise on music access, the Aiandcc S10 is the only logical choice. Conversely, if you mostly exercise on dry land or need a general-purpose headset for casual listening, the lack of true waterproofing on other models might make you reconsider, but for pure aquatic utility, nothing else compares.
In stark contrast to the specialized swimmer, the Traggo Airflex is designed for the active lifestyle on dry land. It utilizes air-conduction technology, which delivers sound through the air rather than vibrating against the cheekbones. This approach offers a different auditory experience that many find more natural for outdoor activities, allowing ambient noise to flow naturally into your ears while you enjoy your music. With a weight of only 12 grams, these headphones are among the lightest options available, making them virtually unnoticeable during extended wear.
The build quality focuses on flexibility and durability for everyday abuse. The enclosure combines plastic and silicone materials, creating a highly flexible structure that can withstand being dropped or even stepped on without breaking. This resilience makes it perfect for clumsy gym-goers or runners who toss their gear into a bag without care. The over-ear design sits securely on the head, providing a stable fit for running, cycling, or commuting. It also features touch controls and voice assistant compatibility, allowing you to manage calls and music with a simple tap, which is essential when your hands are busy or wet from sweat.
Battery performance is another area where the Traggo Airflex shines. It offers an average playtime of 10 hours on a single charge, outlasting the Aiandcc model's 8 hours. The charging process takes about two hours, and it includes a quick-charge feature that provides significant usage after just two hours of plugging in. This longevity makes it suitable for long commutes, full-day work shifts, or marathon training sessions where frequent recharging is not an option.
The Traggo Airflex is the best choice for someone who needs a "set it and forget it" headset for daily life. It excels in scenarios like working out at the gym, running errands, or using a best gaming headphones for ps5 setup where you need to hear game audio clearly while staying aware of your surroundings. However, it has no official water resistance rating, so you should never take it into a pool or heavy rain. If your routine involves getting soaked, this device will not survive. But for dry, high-movement activities where comfort and battery life are king, it is a superior companion.
