END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GENERAL TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the AI Wedding Dress Design Maker application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. LICENSE GRANT
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
All wedding dress designs are generated by artificial intelligence technology.
Generated images are provided for design inspiration purposes only and do not represent actual products or services.
You retain copyright ownership of images you generate through the App.
Generated content may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through your App Store account settings.
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
5. PRIVACY AND DATA
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Generated images are stored locally on your device.
We do not access, store, or share your generated images on our servers.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated results.
Generated designs are inspirational concepts and may not be physically realizable.
We strongly recommend consulting professional wedding dress designers for actual purchases.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
