• 📷 Camera Access – To let you take a photo for AI video generation

• 🖼️ Photo Library Access – To allow you to upload an existing image

• 📱 App Tracking Transparency (iOS) – To help improve ad performance and personalize your experience

3. What We Collect

To provide core functionality, we collect:

• Uploaded photos or images

• Prompt text you enter

• Anonymous usage event data via Firebase Analytics (e.g., button taps, generation success/failure)

• Device information (model, OS version, language settings)

We do not collect:

• Names, emails, phone numbers, contact lists, or precise location

4. Analytics & Advertising

• Firebase Analytics collects anonymized event data tied to a randomly generated user ID

• Third-party ad or attribution providers (e.g., Adjust) may collect ad performance data

• We do not store or sell personal data

5. Subscriptions

• Subscription payments are processed securely via the App Store

• We do not access or store any payment or billing data

• For billing or cancellation, please refer to Apple’s terms and support

6. Third-Party AI Processing

We use PixVerse API (via Replicate.com) to generate AI videos.
Your input data may be processed by this third-party provider.

7. Content Restrictions

You may not upload or generate content that includes:

• Nudity, sexual content, or explicit imagery

• Real or AI-generated images of minors (under 18) without verified consent

• Deepfakes of celebrities or public figures

• Violence, hate, or illegal activities

• Photos you do not own or do not have permission to use

We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to review, remove, and report any violations.

8. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit.
Minimal data is stored, and only as necessary for functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data.

9. Age Restriction

This app is not intended for users under 9.
If you are under 18, you must use the app under adult supervision.
