Terms of Use for Translator AI

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Translator AI mobile application (the "Service") operated by Translator AI ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Translator AI or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Translator AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or content submitted through your account.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a material revision is made, we will provide notice at least 30 days before new terms take effect. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Refund Disclosures

If a user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may share relevant details with Apple. This may include anonymized account data, usage duration, total amount spent, and refunded.
