1. App Features

The App allows you to:

• Upload one to fifteen images to train a personalized AI model.

• Create a unique AI model based on your uploaded images.

• Generate images based on your creative prompts and using your own model.

• Login to access and manage your uploaded images, models, and generated images.

• Remove ads in the App (Android only) through an in-app purchase.

2. Data Collection and Usage

When you use the App, we may collect and store the following types of information:

• Personal data: This includes information that identifies you, such as your email address, username, and password.

• Usage data: This includes information about how you use the App, such as the features you use, the frequency of your use, and the images you upload.

• Technical data: This includes information about your device and internet connection, such as your device type, operating system, IP address, and browser type.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the App;

• To develop, improve, and personalize the App;

• To send you technical and administrative communications, such as service announcements, security alerts, and support messages;

• To respond to your inquiries and requests;

We may also share your data with third-party service providers who help us operate the App and fulfill our obligations to you. These service providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep your data confidential and secure.

3. Model Creation and Image Generation

The App uses TryLeap.ai for the model creation and image generation process. TryLeap.ai has its own privacy policy and terms of service, which you should review before using the App.

When you upload your images to the App, they are temporarily stored on TryLeap.ai's servers for the purposes of model creation and image generation. Once your model is created and your images are generated, they are deleted from TryLeap.ai's servers.

4. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. In-App Purchases (Android Only)

The App offers an in-app purchase to remove ads. When you make an in-app purchase, your payment information is processed by Google Play. Google Play has its own privacy policy and terms of service, which you should review before making a purchase.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. International Users

If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

  Account Deletion and Data Retention

1. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us directly. Upon your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including:

• Your uploaded images

• Your generated images

• Your trained models

• Your personal information (e.g., email address, username)

• Your usage data

Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process your deletion request.

2. Data Retention

We retain your data for a period of one year after your account is deleted. This allows us to comply with applicable laws and regulations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot problems.

After one year, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

3. Exceptions to Data Retention

There are a few exceptions to our data retention policy. We may retain your data for longer periods if:

• We are required to do so by law.

• We need to protect our legal interests.

• We have a legitimate business reason for doing so (e.g., to improve our services).

In these cases, we will retain your data for the minimum period necessary to achieve the relevant purpose.

4. Downloading Your Data

You can download a copy of your data at any time through the App settings. This will include your uploaded images, generated images, and trained models.
