# End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer ("Developer") of the AI Suit Design: Men's Tailor mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

## 1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Apple's Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
## 2. Description of Service
The App provides AI-powered men's suit design generation, style recommendations, and fashion consultation services. All images generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and are intended for reference, inspiration, and personal use purposes only.
## 3. Subscription & In-App Purchases
### 3.1 Premium Features
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features including unlimited suit design generations and priority AI processing. All features require a premium subscription.
### 3.2 Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription prices are clearly displayed within the App before purchase.
### 3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
### 3.4 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
## 4. User-Generated Content
### 4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the text prompts you provide. The AI-generated images created through the App are provided for your personal use.
### 4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. The Developer reserves the right to terminate access for violations of this policy.
## 5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
## 6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
### 6.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated suit designs are for inspirational and reference purposes only. The Developer does not guarantee that generated designs will be identical to real-world garments or achievable by any tailor or manufacturer.
### 6.2 No Professional Advice
The AI fashion consultation feature provides general suggestions and does not constitute professional fashion, tailoring, or styling advice.
## 7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The App collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. The App may use your input data to process AI requests through third-party AI service providers.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality
- Any AI-generated content or recommendations
## 9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
## 10. Termination
The Developer may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
## 11. Changes to This Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on the Developer's website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
## 12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Developer's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
## 13. Apple-Specific Terms
This Agreement is between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and has the right to enforce it.
