Call for papers:
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers in IEEE Conference paper format. We particularly encourage contributions that bridge theory and practice, including full papers, industrial case studies, prototype implementations, and interactive demos.
Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
•Open and disaggregated RAN architectures, interfaces, and standards (O-RAN, 3GPP)
•Programmable PHY/MAC and software-defined network control
•AI/ML-driven RIC, xApp/rApp orchestration, and intent-driven network management
•Semantic-aware, autonomous, and adaptive network operations
•Spectrum sharing, sensing-enabled RANs, and dynamic resource allocation
•Energy-efficient, green, and sustainable RAN solutions
•Hardware-software co-design for intelligent base stations and edge servers
•Security, privacy, and trustworthiness in open programmable RANs
•Interoperability and benchmarking across multi-vendor environments
•Impacts of ML/AI on network design, orchestration, and intelligent control
•Cross-domain applications: vehicular networks, industrial IoT, and low-altitude aerial networks
•Demos: AI-native network functionalities, real-time decision making, and edge AI applications
•Open-source platforms, testbeds, and large-scale experimental deployments
