This Privacy Policy explains how AI Prompts: Photo Prompt Ideas (“the App”) processes information.
The App is provided by CodeCare Infotech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This policy applies to the Android version of AI Prompts: Photo Prompt Ideas distributed through Google Play. This Privacy Policy should also be accessible from within the App.
We distinguish between:
information stored locally on your device;
technical information processed when the App retrieves content from Supabase; and
information processed by third-party services used for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and related app operations.
The App uses Supabase to provide prompt text, categories, tags, reference images, featured content, and related configuration.
When the App connects to Supabase, Supabase may automatically process technical information such as:
IP address;
request date and time;
requested content or category identifiers;
app version;
device and operating-system information included in the network request;
server, security, and diagnostic logs.
We use this information to deliver requested content, operate and secure the App, diagnose technical problems, and prevent misuse.
The prompt library and reference images are content provided by us. They are not personal information submitted by users.
The App may store limited information locally on your device, such as:
saved or favorite prompts;
recent searches or recently viewed prompts;
onboarding status;
display preferences;
notification preferences;
cached content identifiers;
app configuration settings.
This information generally remains on your device and is not maintained as a cloud user profile.
You can remove locally stored information by using available in-app controls, clearing the App’s storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the App.
The current version of the App does not require you to create an account.
We do not intentionally collect account information such as:
name;
email address;
password;
phone number;
social-login credentials; or
user profile information.
Because the App does not currently provide user accounts, account deletion is not applicable.
If account registration or authentication is added in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy, the Google Play Data Safety form, and the App’s account-deletion controls before releasing that feature.
The App provides creative photo-prompt ideas and visual inspiration.
The current version does not upload, store, edit, or generate your personal photos on our servers.
We do not intentionally collect or store your personal photos or videos through Supabase, Firebase, or our own systems.
If you choose to copy or share a prompt, or open a third-party AI application or website, any photo or other information you later provide to that service is processed by that third party according to its own privacy policy and terms.
The App may allow you to:
search and filter prompt content;
copy prompt text to your device clipboard;
share prompt text through Android’s share feature; and
open compatible third-party AI tools or websites.
These actions are initiated by you.
The receiving application, website, operating system, or clipboard service may process the transferred content according to its own privacy practices.
We do not control how third-party AI services process prompt text, account information, uploaded images, or other data you provide directly to them.
The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party AI platforms unless expressly stated.
To support app functionality, analytics, performance, crash reporting, and advertising, the App may integrate services such as:
Google Play Services;
Firebase Analytics;
Firebase Crashlytics;
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads; and
Supabase.
Depending on each service’s configuration, your device settings, your region, and your consent choices, these services may process information such as:
device identifiers;
Advertising ID, where available and permitted;
Firebase installation or app-instance identifiers;
IP address and approximate location inferred from IP address;
device model;
operating-system version;
language and country or region;
app version;
app launches, sessions, screens viewed, and feature interactions;
advertisement views, clicks, and related advertising interactions;
crash logs, stack traces, and diagnostic information;
performance and security information.
We do not use this technical information to personally identify you.
This information may be used for analytics, advertising, app improvement, crash investigation, security, fraud prevention, and prevention of invalid advertising activity.
If you contact us by email, we may receive:
your name, if provided;
your email address;
the contents of your message;
screenshots or attachments you voluntarily provide; and
device or app information included in your support request.
We use this information to respond to you, provide support, investigate technical issues, and protect the App from misuse.
Please do not send passwords, highly sensitive personal information, or personal photos unless they are necessary for your request.
We may use information to:
provide prompt browsing, discovery, search, copy, and share features;
retrieve and display Supabase-hosted content;
store preferences locally on your device;
provide optional notifications;
understand how users interact with the App;
improve content, navigation, features, and performance;
identify and fix crashes and technical problems;
display and measure advertisements;
prevent fraud, misuse, and invalid advertising activity;
respond to support requests;
comply with legal obligations; and
protect our rights, users, and services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not use your personal photos to train AI models because the current App does not collect or upload your personal photos to our servers.
The App may use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality.
Firebase Analytics may process information such as:
app launches and sessions;
screens viewed;
buttons and features used;
prompt-category interactions;
general engagement events;
approximate region or country;
device model and operating-system version;
app version;
language;
installation or app-instance identifiers; and
advertising-related identifiers where permitted.
We use analytics information to understand usage trends, improve the user experience, and evaluate app performance.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, passwords, copied clipboard content, complete prompt text, or personal photos to Firebase Analytics.
The App may use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, application-not-responding events, and other technical failures.
Crashlytics may process information such as:
crash stack traces;
error and diagnostic information;
relevant application state at the time of a crash;
device model;
operating-system version;
app version;
available memory or storage information;
installation identifiers;
session information; and
timestamps.
We use this information to maintain app stability, investigate defects, and improve performance.
We do not intentionally include personal photos, copied clipboard content, names, email addresses, passwords, or full prompt text in crash reports.
The App may display advertisements using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
Google AdMob may process information such as:
Advertising ID, where available;
IP address;
device and app identifiers;
device and operating-system information;
advertisement views, clicks, and interactions;
app interactions;
approximate location inferred from IP address;
diagnostic information; and
fraud-prevention and security signals.
This information may be used to:
show advertisements in the App;
provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements, depending on your consent and settings;
measure advertisement performance;
limit repeated advertisements;
detect fraud and invalid activity; and
comply with legal obligations.
Where required, the App or Google may present consent or privacy-choice controls.
You can reset, delete, or limit your Advertising ID and manage ad personalization through your Android device settings and Google Account.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, personalized advertising may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. You may use available consent and device controls to limit that processing.
More information about Google’s privacy and advertising practices is available at:
The App may request permission to display notifications.
The current notification functionality is intended to use notifications scheduled and displayed locally by your device.
Information related to notifications may include:
whether notification permission was granted;
notification preferences;
locally scheduled dates and times; and
local notification identifiers.
This information is generally stored and processed on your device.
You may disable notifications at any time through Android settings or available in-app settings.
Saved prompts, recent searches, preferences, and related information stored locally remain on your device until you remove them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
The App retrieves our prompt library and related content from Supabase.
Supabase may retain operational, security, and server logs according to its own policies and service configuration. We retain only the information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the App or comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods for data processed by Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob are controlled by Google and by the applicable service configuration.
We do not intentionally extend those retention periods beyond the settings available to us.
If you contact us, we may retain your message and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve the issue, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
The current App does not maintain user accounts or cloud user profiles.
We do not share personal information except in the following circumstances.
We use service providers that may process data on our behalf, including:
Supabase;
Google Play Services;
Firebase Analytics;
Firebase Crashlytics; and
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies, contractual terms, and service configurations.
When you intentionally copy, share, or open content in another application or website, that third party controls the information it receives.
We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or legal process;
respond to lawful requests from public authorities;
protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, CodeCare Infotech, or our services;
investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If the App or related business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Depending on the released App version and your Android version, the App may use or request the following permissions or access:
Used to retrieve prompts, categories, reference images, app configuration, advertisements, analytics, and crash-reporting services.
Used to display optional notifications or reminders.
The advertising SDK may access the Android Advertising ID where available and permitted.
The App does not require precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, or continuous background location for its current core functionality.
We request only permissions required for the App’s available features.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including:
limiting the personal information collected;
using established service providers;
using secure network connections where supported;
restricting database access through service configuration;
storing user preferences locally where appropriate; and
monitoring crashes, misuse, and security issues.
However, no internet transmission, storage system, application, or security method can guarantee complete security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:
request access to information we maintain about you;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion of information;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
request a copy of certain information; and
complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
Because the current App does not maintain user accounts or cloud user profiles, most app activity is either stored locally on your device or processed by third-party service providers.
You can also:
clear locally stored App data through Android settings;
uninstall the App;
disable notifications;
reset, delete, or limit your Advertising ID;
manage personalized advertising settings;
use available consent controls; and
avoid copying, sharing, or opening content in third-party services.

Supabase and Google services may process information on servers located in countries other than your own.
Where required, service providers and we use lawful safeguards for international data transfers, which may include contractual protections such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in the user’s country.
