(I) Content You Voluntarily Provide
Uploaded Images: The photos you upload are only used for the functions you select, such as AI image generation, style transfer, and image enhancement. Uploading photos using your camera requires explicit permission; we cannot read your camera content without authorization.
Facial Feature Data: To achieve AI image generation and style transfer, we process your facial feature data. Please note that this data does not contain any biometric information and is not used for identification or verification.

We automatically collect the following technical data to improve service quality:
• IP address, device model, operating system, screen resolution
• Session duration, pages visited, and dwell time
• Network connection information, unique device identifier, time zone, and language settings
We collaborate with Google Analytics for statistical analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness and continuously optimize the application experience.
(III) Data Retention Notice
Intermediate data generated during AI model processing is not retained long-term. Facial data is deleted immediately after image generation, and at the latest after your last application activity.
(IV) Cookies and Local Storage
We may use session cookies or local storage technology to maintain login status and optimize the experience. This information automatically expires when you close the application or end your session.
III. How Information is Used Our use of your photos and facial features is strictly limited to supporting the following in-app functions:
• AI image generation, style transfer, and image enhancement
• System fault diagnosis and technical problem repair
• Application security and data integrity assurance
• User behavior aggregation and analysis (anonymized)
• Design, development, and testing of new feature modules
• Personalized content recommendations (based on usage preferences)
Important Notice: This application does not use any uploaded images or content for facial recognition, nor does it employ any biometric technology to confirm or verify your identity. All data processing is solely for the purpose of providing you with AI image generation and related functions.
If the above processing purposes need to be adjusted or expanded in the future, we promise to notify you promptly before commencing new processing and, where necessary, obtain your separate and explicit consent in accordance with the law.

V. Prohibited Content and User Conduct Guidelines
Users are prohibited from generating, uploading, publishing, disseminating, or sharing the following content while using this service:
• Pornographic, sexually suggestive, or other explicit content; content intended for sexual stimulation
• Content involving sexual violence, non-consensual sex, or deepfakes
• Content promoting or involving illegal activities, violence, self-harm, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Any form of child exploitation, abuse, or content that endangers the safety of minors. The platform adopts a zero-tolerance policy for violations involving the safety of minors. If a user violates the above regulations, the platform has the right to process the relevant content through automated technology or manual review, and may take measures such as deleting content, restricting functions, or suspending services, depending on the severity of the violation, without prior notice.
VI. Information Storage and Security Measures
Uploaded Images: Images are stored only during task creation and deleted immediately upon completion, with a maximum retention period until the last in-app activity. Afterward, images will be stored locally on your mobile device, and you can delete these photos at any time by deleting device files or uninstalling the application.
Data Retention: All data is retained for the period consistent with its intended use, and is deleted or anonymized upon expiration.
Security Measures: We employ multiple measures, including encrypted transmission, access control, and security auditing, to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, or information leakage.
VII. Your Data Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the following rights:
• Right of Access: Request access to your personal information held by us.
• Right of Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right of Erasure: Request the deletion of your image or personal data.
