AI Novel Reader - Audio truyện ("Ứng dụng") là công cụ giúp người dùng lấy nội dung từ các trang web bên thứ ba và chuyển thành âm thanh. Chúng tôi ("Nhà phát triển") cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của bạn và tuân thủ pháp luật Việt Nam, bao gồm Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
AI Novel Reader là công cụ trình duyệt – đọc – chuyển văn bản thành giọng nói (TTS). Ứng dụng KHÔNG lưu trữ, KHÔNG host, KHÔNG sở hữu và KHÔNG kiểm soát bất kỳ nội dung truyện nào.
Mọi nội dung do chính người dùng chủ động truy cập từ các trang web bên thứ ba do người dùng lựa chọn; Ứng dụng chỉ hiển thị/đọc lại nội dung công khai mà thiết bị người dùng truy cập, tương tự một trình duyệt web.
Nhà phát triển không liên kết, không tài trợ, không đại diện cho bất kỳ trang web bên thứ ba nào. Nhãn hiệu, tên miền và nội dung thuộc về chủ sở hữu tương ứng.
Người dùng tự chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo việc truy cập, sao chép, tải xuống và sử dụng nội dung tuân thủ pháp luật và quyền sở hữu trí tuệ tại khu vực của mình.
Tính năng TTS là công cụ trợ năng đọc to văn bản mà người dùng hợp pháp truy cập.
Dữ liệu chẩn đoán: Chỉ thu thập dữ liệu ẩn danh (lỗi, hiệu suất, thông tin thiết bị không liên kết danh tính).
Không thu thập thông tin cá nhân (tên, email, số điện thoại).
Nội dung web được xử lý tạm thời, không lưu trên máy chủ.
Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp của nội dung.
Nhà phát triển không lưu trữ hoặc kiểm soát nội dung tải về.
Lịch sử đọc và các chương tải offline được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của người dùng, không tải lên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Người dùng có thể xóa bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách xóa dữ liệu hoặc gỡ Ứng dụng.
Không chia sẻ với bên thứ ba trừ khi cơ quan pháp luật yêu cầu.
Dữ liệu web được truyền qua kết nối mã hóa SSL.
Sử dụng mã hóa để bảo vệ quá trình xử lý nội dung.
Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm bảo vệ thiết bị cá nhân.
Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền sở hữu trí tuệ và tuân thủ Đạo luật DMCA (Hoa Kỳ) cùng pháp luật Việt Nam về quyền tác giả.
Vì Ứng dụng không host nội dung, khiếu nại nên được gửi trực tiếp tới trang web nguồn đang lưu trữ nội dung. Tuy nhiên, nếu bạn là chủ sở hữu quyền hoặc đại diện hợp pháp và cho rằng một nguồn được hỗ trợ trong Ứng dụng dẫn tới nội dung vi phạm, vui lòng gửi email tới địa chỉ bên dưới, kèm:
Thông tin nhận dạng tác phẩm có bản quyền;
URL/tên nguồn cụ thể trong Ứng dụng dẫn tới nội dung vi phạm;
Thông tin liên hệ của bạn (tên, email);
Tuyên bố thiện chí rằng việc sử dụng chưa được cho phép;
Tuyên bố về tính chính xác của thông tin và quyền đại diện của bạn.
Khi nhận được thông báo hợp lệ, chúng tôi sẽ gỡ hoặc chặn nguồn liên quan khỏi danh sách hỗ trợ của Ứng dụng trong vòng 10 ngày làm việc.

Ứng dụng được cung cấp "nguyên trạng" (as-is), không bảo đảm nội dung bên thứ ba chính xác, hợp pháp hay luôn sẵn có.
Người dùng đồng ý không sử dụng Ứng dụng cho mục đích vi phạm pháp luật hoặc xâm phạm quyền của bên khác.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, nhà phát triển không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc người dùng truy cập, tải hoặc sử dụng nội dung bên thứ ba.
Yêu cầu xem dữ liệu chẩn đoán liên quan đến thiết bị.
Không có dữ liệu nhận dạng để xóa hoặc chỉnh sửa.

AI Novel Reader - Audio truyện ("the App") is a tool that helps users retrieve content from third-party websites and convert it into audio. We ("the Developer") are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with Vietnamese law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
AI Novel Reader is a browser / reader / text-to-speech (TTS) tool. The App does NOT store, host, own, or control any novel content.
All content is actively accessed by the user from third-party websites chosen by the user; the App merely displays or reads aloud publicly available content that the user's device accesses, similar to a web browser.
The Developer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party website. Trademarks, domains, and content belong to their respective owners.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that accessing, copying, downloading, and using content complies with applicable law and intellectual-property rights in their jurisdiction.
TTS is an accessibility feature that reads aloud text the user lawfully accesses.
Diagnostic data: only anonymous data is collected (errors, performance, device information not linked to identity).
We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number).
Web content is processed temporarily and is not stored on our servers.
The user is responsible for the legality of the content.
The Developer does not store or control downloaded content.
Reading history and offline-downloaded chapters are stored locally on the user's device and are not uploaded to our servers. Users may delete them at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
We do not share data with third parties except when required by law-enforcement authorities.
Web data is transmitted over an encrypted SSL connection.
We use encryption to protect content processing.
The user is responsible for protecting their personal device.
We respect intellectual-property rights and comply with the DMCA (USA) and Vietnamese copyright law.
Because the App hosts no content, complaints should be directed to the source website hosting the content. However, if you are a rights holder or authorized agent and believe that a source supported in the App links to infringing content, please email the address below with:
Identification of the copyrighted work;
The specific source/URL in the App that links to the infringing material;
Your contact information (name, email);
A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized;
A statement as to the accuracy of the information and your authority to act.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or block the relevant source from the App's supported list within 10 business days.

The App is provided "as-is", with no warranty that third-party content is accurate, lawful, or continuously available.
Users agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from users accessing, downloading, or using third-party content.
Request access to diagnostic data related to your device.
There is no identifying data to delete or modify.
