Welcome to AI Memegenius's membership services!

To use AI Memegenius's membership services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"), please carefully read, understand, and abide by the "Membership Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). This Agreement includes the "Membership Rights Handbook" and the "Subscription Auto-Renewal Agreement," among other things. If you choose AI Memegenius's membership services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to sign this Agreement by accepting this Service (including but not limited to clicking "Agree," "Accept," or "Next," or entering the purchase process, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Accepting the Service"). This indicates that you have entered into an agreement relationship with AI Memegenius and voluntarily accept and abide by all the provisions of this Agreement.

Please be sure to read the foregoing terms again before confirming your agreement to this Agreement or before using this Service, and use this Service only on the premise that you voluntarily accept these terms.

If you are under the age of 18, you should read and confirm the terms of this Agreement under the guidance and accompaniment of your legal guardian.

Membership Benefits Handbook

As a member of AI Memegenius, you will enjoy the following privileges and features:

1. No Ads

Members will no longer be bothered by in-app ads, enjoying a clean user experience.

2. More Customizable Emojis

Members will have access to more custom emoji materials, allowing you to unleash your imagination and create your own exclusive custom emojis.

3. Unlimited Emoji Downloads

Members can download emojis without limit, enjoying personalized customization anytime, anywhere.

4. Easy Access to Limited Edition Emoji Packs

Members will have priority access to limited edition content, including exclusive emoji packs or other special content.

Automatic Renewal Service Rules

By clicking to subscribe, activate, and use the AI Memegenius membership automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), you agree to these rules. Please read, understand, and abide by this automatic renewal service carefully.

1. Subscription Period

Membership subscriptions offer different period options, including weekly, annual, etc. (subject to the settings on the subscription page). Members can choose a suitable subscription period according to their needs.

2. Price Changes

You acknowledge and agree that AI Memegenius reserves the right to adjust service prices. If AI Memegenius intends to adjust the service price when you activate the auto-renewal service, AI Memegenius will announce the revised price in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to the subscription page, in-site announcements, etc.). Please check the service price displayed on the page at least 24 hours before the subscription period expires. If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you may cancel this auto-renewal service according to these rules; if you do not cancel this auto-renewal service, the subsequent deductions by the relevant entity will be based on the adjusted service price; if you cancel within 24 hours before the subscription period expires, the relevant entity may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period based on the adjusted service price and then stop deducting the service. After canceling this auto-renewal service, if you reactivate the auto-renewal service, the service fee automatically deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the service fee displayed on the page at that time.

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are auto-renewal. Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding fee from your payment account to renew your membership. If you do not wish for automatic renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

To ensure you are aware of automatic renewal, AI Memegenius or Apple will notify you of the pre-payment notification 5 days prior to the next subscription period via in-app message, push notification, or email. Please check your messages. Please note that due to the nature of automatic renewal services, if you do not explicitly cancel automatic renewal during the subscription period, AI Memegenius will issue a deduction instruction for the next subscription period based on your authorization. In principle, fees deducted based on this instruction will not be refunded (if you activated automatic renewal through Apple, Apple will be responsible for issuing the instruction).

4. Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your membership will terminate at the end of the current subscription period, and you will no longer be able to enjoy membership privileges.

How to cancel subscription:

On iOS devices, you can do so via:

Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Tap your Apple ID -> View Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Select your subscription -> Cancel Subscription.

5. Payment Information

You will need to provide valid payment information to complete your subscription. We do not store your payment information; all payment information will be managed by the payment platform (such as the Apple App Store).
