DQP Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops AI Lyric Video Maker. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you create videos, recognize lyrics, view advertisements, purchase Premium, or contact support. It applies to the application and its web version, depending on the features available on each platform.
1. Your Audio, Photos, Videos, and Lyrics
The application uses files you select and content you enter to provide editing, previews, lyric recognition, and video export. Projects, lyrics, word timing, preferences, and temporary files are stored on your device or in your browser’s local storage.
In the current Android and iOS versions, both Free and Premium lyric recognition run on your device after the required model has been downloaded. The application does not upload your audio, lyrics, or word timing to a server for lyric recognition. A cloud account is not required for local editing or Free recognition.
If you choose to share or save files through another application, cloud storage provider, or social platform, that content is handled according to your choices and the receiving service’s privacy policy. Operating system backups also depend on your device settings.
2. Network Connections and Resource Downloads
An internet connection is needed to download the recognition model, obtain online resources where available, display advertisements, and verify or restore Premium purchases.
The recognition model is currently downloaded from Hugging Face. When you download a model or other resources, hosting providers may receive your IP address, request time, requested resource, and technical connection information to deliver files, secure their services, and troubleshoot problems. Downloading the model does not send your audio recordings to the model provider.

3. Advertising
The free Android and iOS application uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information to deliver, measure, improve, and protect advertising.
Processing depends on your platform, service configuration, privacy choices, and applicable legal requirements. Where “Ad privacy choices” is available in the application, you can use it to review or change your choices. You can also manage tracking permissions and advertising preferences through your operating system settings.
Premium disables advertisements within the application. Upgrading does not automatically delete advertising information previously processed by service providers.

4. Payments and Premium
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. We do not receive your full payment card details.
The application uses RevenueCat to verify Premium access and restore purchases. Information involved may include an application user identifier, purchased products, transaction information, subscription periods, and subscription status. The identifier may be generated by the SDK or associated with an account from an earlier version.
This information is used to provide purchased benefits, support transactions, and resolve purchase restoration issues.

5. Information You Provide When Contacting Us
When you contact support by email, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, address your request, and troubleshoot issues.
Please provide only information necessary for your request. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
6. Purposes of Processing and Disclosure
Information is processed to provide requested features, manage purchases, support users, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires consent for a processing activity, that activity must rely on appropriate consent. Using the application does not replace a separate consent choice.
Information may be disclosed to the service providers described in this policy as needed for their functions, at your direction when you share content, or when necessary to comply with a valid legal requirement. We do not automatically publish your projects or media files.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
You can remove locally stored information by clearing application data or website storage through your operating system or browser. Files exported to your photo library, other folders, cloud services, or backups must be managed separately in those locations. Keep copies of content you wish to retain.
Support and transaction information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. Service providers apply their own retention policies and obligations.
If you previously used a version with cloud accounts or server-based processing, historical records may remain to support past results, transactions, and related obligations. You may contact us to request a review or deletion of information within our control. The current recognition workflow does not create new server-based audio processing jobs.
Uninstalling the application or requesting data deletion does not automatically cancel Premium. Manage your subscription through the App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Request a copy of your personal information.
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority.

Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Where this applies, we will explain the relevant limitations. We cannot access or recover content stored exclusively on your device.
9. Security and International Processing
The application’s service connections use HTTPS to transmit information. Locally stored information also depends on your device’s security protections. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Their privacy policies describe their processing practices and applicable safeguards.
10. Children’s Privacy
The application is not directed to children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the situation and address deletion as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or renewed consent, we will provide the required notice or request.
